I went through a big tea phase a few years back. I haven't been drinking it lately. I'd say coffee is still way bigger than tea here, overall, but there are chain stores opening up that specialize in Tea, such as Teavana. Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is another big place. So to answer your question, yes, but not nearly as much as places like Britain and China do.
I have drank tea for years every day, green tea and black tea. Not many of us around. I drink coffee sometimes in the evenings, never during the day.
had tea with some dooshy striper prostitute model chick the other day. planning tea with a cool chick friday, who may or may not also be a striper
I prefer tea over coffee. Coffee messes up my stomach and makes me jittery. My favorite tea, Morning Thunder, has a awesome roasted taste and will definetely perk you up in the morning. Also like Earl Grey, Chai, and Oolong.
My family drinks tons of iced tea... gallons of it a week. I drink gallons of Diet Coke a week. My son at 16 still goes to grandma's for a cup of "Earl Grey, hot".
I drink tea and the best place I have found to order tea is Upton's. You can find every kind of tea you could possibly want.
Yea... ... tea is especially popular in the southern states... ... like with a fried chicken dinner... ... with herb tea gaining in popularity.
Dang southern sweet tea. You need to get unsweet and add Splenda or Equal. Every time I travel out of country the one thing I look forward to upon my return is a big ole glass of un-sweet and a real hamburger at Chilis/Fridays/Applebees About coffee, the good thing about international travel is you can get good coffee. Not the Starbucks or Seattles best crap
I personally love tea. I am a big fan of 'loose' tea that has to be brewed, not the little packets. I try and drink tea everyday - usually some green tea with honey. My favorite tea store is Teavana. http://www.teavana.com/
English Breakfast tea is my preference- Darjeeling is nice. I buy PG Tips but I am lucky to have a Turkish deli nearby so I can get it easily.
In a modern C-130 galley...think small kitchen, and I mean small... you will not see "tea drinkers," negative, to crew a Hercules you need a Herculean drink...Coffee, not tea. Tea is for, well to put it bluntly, 8 year old girls throwing a tea party for their stuffed animals. You sip tea...you drink coffee. Any questions? Good, carry on.
jhon mccain definitly has tea. he sat with mommar for tea a couple weeks before mommar was killed. i cant remember what kind of tea they had but i think mccain said, "i had interesting tea with an interesting man" afterwards.
Ick. Diet pop.. I can't stand it. But the regular stuff is too fattening and at times too sweet. Solution? I gave all that crap up. Lately, it's been naught but water, instant coffee + creamer and red wine for me. I have drunk and enjoyed tea, but I haven't been bothering with that of late either.
its just so weird to hear someone talk about pg tips like a delicacy, its just a totally standard teabag like every superstore in the country would have that here, they used to do great adverts with monkeys too, tetley is the daddy of all teas, but I drink scottish blend myself out of patriotism
Im not knocking your tea I mean its a good cup of tea Id drink it its just really strange, thats like I dont know hersheys or something over here, totally ubiquitous would see it everywhere
