And we're off running, 19 Trump's to Hillary's 3 votes. How long will this lead hold? - - - Updated - - - So far, Trump is ahead in New Hampshire, Indiana, Kentucky, no surprises yet.
No surprises yet. I wouldn't even really use the word "lead" until at least a swing state or two is in the mix. At least Florida.
In early returns, Trump is up on Hillary in Florida too... hm... - - - Updated - - - With 2% reporting, Florida looks promising to Trump. So far.
i just voted for the first time ever, for jill stein, green party barely has any representation on our ballots just senator and president, had to vote democrat for house of rep since that was the lesser evil. my state will obviously go to clinton though, good luck everywhere else.
OK, it's a wrap. Trump has it. This could end at either in Florida or North Carolina/New Hampshire. OR it could be the wee hours of the morning if Trump is still in the game. Then on to the Midwest... Well, technically she has as much a chance as anyone at this point.
Clinton's got Vermont. Trump's got Indiana and Kentucky - so we know its not going to be a Nixon v. McGovern election of 49 to 1.
A friend called who voted in PA. Said he voted for Trump and the machine changed it to Clinton. Talked to the election person and she just laughed about it. Said it did that for 2 other people he knows who voted for Trump. That is the history of PA. - - - Updated - - - Clinton's pulling ahead in Florida 49.2% to 48% with 39% of votes in. But we did OUR part. Clinton is getting SLAUGHTERED in our Florida County, 68% to 31%. The rural counties above us are also sort of our people as they all have to come here to shop and do things. In OUR neck of the woods Trump is winning by over 65% to over 80% in the counties. Everyone talks about Republicans working the I-4 corridor, but the true place to get blue collar folks to go Republican is the Florida Natural Coast (West Coast). It is easy to get a former Dixiecrat to go Republican. We (personally/our group) turned A LOT of votes, but then many in our group are Democrats so it persuasive - and then there is all those widows and retirees we drove to early voting before a social gathering party. It only matters who votes - GET THEM TO THE POLLS. Put them in your car. DRIVE THEM to the polls. Don't take their word for it. Give them a reason to go - meaning something fun to do afterwards. Stop by the poll - then onto a picnic or party.Best of all is to get church buses taking them to polls from church gathering points. Car pooling. By the busload even. Our city was a mass of Trump signs, pickup trucks with big 3X5 Trump flags, Home Depot a wall of Trump bumperstickers. Every day at the MAIN intersection of the two state highways people were handing out Trump bumper stickers. Even some old guys going down the side of the highway with Trump flags on their electric wheelchairs! It got kinda crazy here the last couple of weeks. YEAH, ok, a Few of those pickup trucks has both a Trump flag AND a Confederate flag. But Confederate flags and front license plates are fairly common in this neck of the woods. Trump now 2% ahead statewide at 54% of the vote in! Even Key West is going for Trump so far (shocking, that's LGBTQ country!) UPDATE: TRUMP 3% ahead in Florida with 57% of the vote int.
Well. With all the fixings, Pensilvania will still be interesting to watch. All states with few exceptions are in play so far as I concern - we're in uncharted territory.
LOL. Why isn't there a representative from the R party at the poll correcting the situation? I call BS.
Oh no, Trump down 3 points at 71% of the vote. Not looking good. Boward County where the Democrats broke the law by opening 150,000 mail in ballots before recording them is coming in massively for Clinton. No surprise since they just threw away all Republican mail in ballots, tens of thousands of them. Also starting to look like Johnson's only effect may be to have given Florida to Clinton, like Perot gave Clinton the presidency and Nadar gave it to Bush. Good news is the Florida Panhandle isn't in yet, and the goes Republican but is low population. North Florida is Republican except the government County. Central Florida is right of center except Tampa towards Orlando. The massive lower East Coast and Miami is solid Democrat. (We know Florida well). OHIO IS NOT LOOKING GOOD FOR TRUMP. That damn Kasich, wolf in sheep's clothing.
I'm watching Fox News and they are preparing to replay the 2012 Karl Rove meltdown for Ohio as Clinton is leading in Ohio, as well as Florida and North Carolina. Fox News is Great!
