Getting the number of states wrong (saying 57 rather than perhaps the intended 47) is an innocent enough mistake. It does not lend itself to any policy or issue of great importance. However, inventing terrorist attacks on US soil ("Bowling Green Massacre") or abroad (listing "what happened in Sweden last night") alongside a list of terrorist attacks, is a dangerously misleading mistake at best and propaganda at worst. Huge difference. No comparison whatsoever.

I heard what he said and read the transcript of what he said, and he didn't say there was a terrorist attack in Sweden. You however, have decided that "it's obvious that he ment[sic] Sweden had a terror attack."
