This is a serious problem all over the world - human trafficking. if we were to observe that it is often women that become sex slaves, hell, this is like slavery! it is clear that this is illegal, and, that selling people is simply wrong. That said, it is common practice in the third world to see yourself buy a wife, yes? this is often against the will of the girls, and they never get abused otherwise, as a loving parent, you would not allow this to continue - the third world is a lot more evolved than many scholars think, okay? Now, when it comes to human trafficking, this is where people 'get abused.' often, it involves drugs and the like, so that they will want to stay with their masters. this is also very common in india where the people that owe money are paid very little and forced to build stuff in exchange for a roof, a meal and some drugs. honestly, that is not so bad, is it? So, if this really is a problem, why not legalize it? this will allow people to speak out and then there will be rules for it. this will be very comely to the masters, as they will no longer live in fear of being found out - it can be like a 'permanent domestic employee?' But, i digress, these people are often abused as it stands, and, this means that they need to be helped, somehow. if they want to stop the trafficking, they need to get police of small towns to get to know all the residents and report if they see someone going missing. this will offer a identity to the person missing, and, a photograph for the truckers to observe. Or, they could incriminate all the truck drivers of the region with charges, fining them or worse. this will make sure that they will be on the lookout for people being smuggled around. another means might be to get white people to smell for black people in the backs of trucks and vans - they will smell them quickly! especially in the summer time... Maybe they could observe maybe a cure is better than prevention - say you miss somebody? in this case, the police should search for identity books to identify women forced into prostitution, yes? maybe they could offer rewards and returns to their homes to women coming forwards? But what about the people trapped and being repeatedly raped by people in the city? this would be where the room might be sound proofed preventing any calls for help being heard... if the police were to go door to door where there are basements, surveying the building plans of many houses, they will be able to inspect them due to some legal mannerisms.
Human trafficking is rife in the third world. this is where there is a sub culture protecting that of human trafficking, in that there are many women being moved from place to place, and then these practices go unnoticed. if we were to make certificates for those women that are involved in arranged marriage, then they could easily find those trafficked in and unable to speak because of fear and threats. To separate the brides from the 'human cattle,' we need to, in the rural areas, have a police presence of some sort. i would suggest a weekly drive through of the area, on no specified time, with the police doing paperwork having an outing, of course. But, in the urban areas, it is a lot harder. these women, if put to prostitution, will be easy to find, and, life is theirs to stay with the drugs if they choose to - this becomes a drug activity undertaking then. if it is some basement ordeal, which might or might not be that common - there are very little statistics on this sort of thing - then they need to make an order of 'hazard inspection,' where they would check out these old basements.
To find the prostitutes that have no way out, the police go undercover to buy drugs and use the hookers. if they were to, instead of having men do it, have women sign up to be prostitutes, where they could just pretend to find dealers, that might make some progress with this? But some of the women are not on drugs. while that might be true, then some of the pimps are on drugs, so there should be some headway in this 'project.' if they are reclusive, where they do not see the light of day and instead just get humped all day long, we need to find those too, as they will make up quite a statistic, yes? this can be done by clearing buildings with 'fake bomb scares' where the police can go in and listen to calls for help, with their microphones to make their side of it known, and, listening devices for detecting returning calls for help.
Or maybe they do because the alternative is worse. Third world life apparently is very undesirable for many people all in itself.
