    The very fact that he is persueing obstruction charges instead of collusion charges after a year of investigation speaks volumes but hope springs eternal in TDS victims I guess.

    Mueller has been investigating collusion for a year now and all he has is process crimes committed during that investigation and is now looking to hang a process crime on Trump. Collusion is dead and buried.

    Maybe being punch drunk is a condition or simply confusion. Start another thread on your topic. What time is it again? Mueller is doing the job he was duly appointed to do and was so appointed by a Republican Admin. Square that circle that the smear is simply because tRUmp is guilty of seditiously conspiring with the RUssians to rig the 2016 election in tRUmp's favour. tRUmp is illegitimate.

    Collusion was ostensibly the objective of the investigation. Thanks for admitting that's not even a crime. No collusion has been proven or Mueller would have expounded on it but instead he's going after process crimes. Collusion is a no go.

    Collusion is a category. There is no such thing as a charge called "collusion." Criminal conspiracy is one kind of collusion and it is a crime.

    All charges thus far are for process crimes committed as a result of the investigation or were committed before Trump was even in the picture.

    IMPEACHMENT< is a political process, NOT a legal one. You right wingers will next argue, that EVEN IF COLLUSION is PROVEN, whatever that is, it is not a HIGH CRIME AND MISDEMEANOR.

    IT is too. IF the body that is charged with oversight, does it's job. Which, given the MOORE pedophile Republican vote, PROVES that the right wing will not judge Trump, even if it is proven that Trump is Putin's @#$ holster.

    He is not finished the investigation and the appointment also includes following up & prosecuting all crimes found during the course of the investigation.

    Conspiracy against the US is not a "process" crime. Neither is money laundering. These charges involve actions that took place all of the way into 2016. I understand this is the canned response that the Trump talking point writers slapped together, but it isn't true.
