I am saying the OP brought up the crime/murder rates in Cities.. The left threw a fit and kept moving the goal posts and you are tagging right along.

Not in my experience. I know many many conservative families, and they are notable by the squeaky clean teens they produce. Mind you, these are not white families, so you know .... maybe it's different with white conservatives.

 

I know nothing of this dude (not being American and all), but he was bang on. But he did fail in identifying exactly what, about such families, was the trigger for youth failure. Because it ain't the single parent home, nor even the single mother home. Plenty of single mothers raise very sound kids. I personally know several who raised kids alone (with absent ****** fathers or non-existent fathers) and did an amazing job. All kids becoming highly educated professionals living good productive lives. And most of the kids in these families are boys. In fact, out of the dozen kids, only two are girls.

The clincher is that because it's harder work to keep kids on track when you have no back up - only those who step up to that extra load will do it well. Since most (single parents) don't - feeling they shouldn't have to, or whatever justification they give themselves - the end result is failed kids. As in, failed by the adults in their lives.

 

I'm a racist? Inner city blacks are killing themselves by the thousands and the only time the left speaks up is when white kids are killed.

 

Speaking the truth is "racist" it seems these days...

All other things being equal, if I live in an area where 1/100,000 people get murdered, I am safer than if I live in an area where 1/50,000 people get murdered.

That's basic statistics. Those saying that liberal areas or gun-free areas are more dangerous are lying, according to the statistics and data. That's not debatable by any honest person. Those who try to hide data usually have a dishonest agenda, and in this case, the people trying to hide data are the people who don't want per-capita statistics shown.

I am reading them. And after reading them, I still can't understand your objection to using per capita statistics. You keep saying it's wrong, but you never explain why.

In contrast, I have explained why they're a more correct way to present data in this case. They illustrate personal risk levels better than raw numbers of deaths.

Sadly true. Although I do think you tend to demeaning of minorities, the fact remains black male-on-black male murders double the murder rate and are a major factor in the US having a higher than average "gun violence" rate compared to other modern (i.e NON Third World Shithole) nations.
