Actually, I don't really believe in hell per se, I was saying that in jest. My religious viewpoint about hell is somewhat peculiar.
Did they not because they never had umbilical cords, or did they have them because God knew they'd be there on all other humans, and installed it on the initial models?
The point I was trying to make earlier about Adam and Eve was simply this...and perhaps someone with more nous than me can confirm... In the King George Bible I read that Adam and Eve fornicated in the Garden of Eden... However in updated versions of the Bible, it refers to Adam and his wife Eve, as though to gloss over the fact that they were not married and convince us that they were.....I wouldnt know....just sayin.....
Actually the "religion of peace" websites says you can't just be a Muslim. You have to do it for the religion.
actually that is a very credible source. but that is the way they describe it.. Please enlighten us. what do you call a Muslim terror attack.
Apparently neither you ,nor anyone else, can come up with a better explanation. But that is what to expect from haters. Just hate someone for no reason at all.
Stoning is provable. Hell is not provable. Until we can prove something that would negate its existence, we don't know that it is not real.
Did you ever watch those stoning videos. Not for the poor woman being stoned, look at the people surrounding it. They are getting ready to murder some poor woman, and they are all smiles, laughing together, exchanging rocks, and pats on the back. It gives you an insite to these common " Moderate" people.
That has not always been true. Even as recently as the 20th century, we have had Christians attacking Christians in Ireland. It is only recently that most of the religions have evolved to a point of live and let live. Islam is currently seeing the beginnings of that change, where people are interpreting the word differently from those who came before, as all the others have. And those who are sticking to the old interpretations are fighting back to keep those old ways. That was the whole reason for literal wars between Catholics and Lutherans and between Catholics and Protestants. You can claim what scriptures say all day long, but in the end religion comes down to how people interpret them. Allah has open their eyes to the real meaning that the fake mullahs have been twisting for years. After all since we haven't had a deity present his or her word to more than a single person at time in millennia, how do we know that person hasn't gotten the latest update? Islam ver. 2.6.3
Really? I have come across any Wiccian money making scams. Nor from many of the other pagan religions. Borad brushing quite a bit there are we?
They are not fighting over whose God is better. They are fighting over land, the 5 northern counties.
I'll agree with you here, as, again, we don't broad brushing it. We used to talk about the Irish Protestant terrorists, or the Catholics of the same. We spoke of them in ways that wasn't condeming all of Protestantism, or Catholicism, or Irish. But that seems to be something disappearing these days. All of the gays are flaming ******s seeking to rape your children (yes I still hear this one). All Republicans want to use law to control your morals. All Democrats want to use law to control your money. I have no problem when we look at people coming from Mid east countries more closely, when right now that is where the threat is from. But not everyone from the Mideast is Muslim, yet alone radical Islam. We should not automatically assume that which is highly visible is even majority. This is why broad brushing is a bad practice.
Not according to Real Christians (tm)! </Sarcasm> Thank you for proving my point for me. Religions are divided. There is no one true way. They all think that theirs is the correct path, and all others wrong. This applies to Muslims as well. There are divisions that believe different things. This is why broad brushing is wrong.
There is a school of thought emerging, it seems, that once you make it to heaven, these things are no longer sins, because you have passed the test, so to speak. Jesus already confirmed that marriage doesn't exist, so there can be no adultery. What is too much of an infinite supply? Bye Gluttony. I could go on. Mind you, this is coming from person experiences and conversations, and I don't know that this will survive or not. But we are seeing many notions of Heaven and Hell not necessarily being what we've been told come out.
First, King George or King James? I've never heard of a King George translation. Wouldn't surprise me, given the vast number of translations, but still. As to marriage, the assumption is made that God married them by default. According to most versions, He was actively on the earth and in the garden at that time.
