    Someone you imagined. Clearly.

    You imagined that someone would understand the president in a way you claim you didn't understand him. You imagined these people might harm themselves as a result. You are expressing outrage that what you imagined the president said would potentially put these people you imagined at risk, and so now you imagine you're leaping to their defense by fighting these so called lies you imagine the president lied.

    What person understood it to mean something dangerous? No one you spoke with. It must have been someone you imagined.

    Who is it that isn't bright enough to understand the president? Can you give an example of someone who understood the president in the way you claim someone might?

    What person have you imagined to have been killed by remarks?

    WHO is seen by some to be a group of professionals. They told people that masks were ineffective. They told people not to wear them. Were people killed by those remarks?

    Oh! You're talking about my statement that dumb people could misinterpret. So you claim that dumb people don't exist? But if you're asking me to point them out to you, unfortunately, forum rules preclude me from doing that.

    So if someone were to tell you that a flaw in an airplane could put the life of people at risk, unless they give you the names of the people who are at risk you would say that the risk is "imaginary"

    Got it!

    And, again, you have proven why Republicans should never be elected to positions of power in this country.

    You need a name, right? To you, risks don't exist unless the person who alerts of the risk can give you the name of the people at risk.

    Nihilism at its best...

    Yeah.... and if the engineer who found the flaw on the plane didn't speak to anybody who might be at risk by not fixing it, the passengers who might die are imaginary.

    Nihilism is great fun. It never disappoints.

    I do hope you don't work on anything that has to do with safety, or engineering or... anything like that....

    Masks ARE ineffective, at least they are about 20 minutes after putting them on

    What makes you think that a normal surgical mask is effective?

    It is common knowledge in hospitals that the effectiveness of masks reduces over time and when they are wet

    But there was a deeper consideration

    Trying to preserve supply for the health care workers

    Sure. I'm all for rabid obsession in research!

    I don't know about "anyone on television". But when it's the President*.... there are still people who live back in the era looong time gone (like... 3 years and some months ago) when a President lying was a rare event, and not something they do 20 times a day.

    Amazing! I never expected you to actually admit that if nobody can give you the name of the people who could be killed on a plane with a flaw, then the flaw is "imaginary" and the person who alerts about the flaw is an "imaginary airplane story teller"
