What a bunch of chickenshit replies by a bunch of incurious couch potatoes. Persistent curiosity is a sign of intelligence.

This is all old hat. This kookery has been around for decades. I've been laughing at Greer's malarkey for a good long while.

Seriously. This is the kind of shenanigans Greer gets up to. This is his "profession".

I'm curious what about my posts make you think I'm motivated by fear?

I know it's a video, and your OP, "I know from experience here that if I say just about anything, someone will pop up to negate and denigrate and dismiss. So I'm just going to put this here.... BTW, I was able to watch the entire 2 hours of this video without paying $2, but I will tell you that if you're not so fortunate, you need to shell out the $2 because it is much more than worth it!" says it all.

Yeahright. I notice you "forgot" to post a link. If you don't like Greer, skip to timestamp 14:30 on the video. Then maybe you can explain the reputations of the witnesses, all of whom said they would be willing to testify before Congress under oath. Some of those witnesses are:

John Callahan, retired manager for the FAA (14:40)

Lt. Col. Charles Brown, US Air Force (Ret.)

Michael Smith, US Air Force Radar Controller

Enrique Kolbeck, Senior Air Traffic Controller

Commander Graham Bethune, US Navy (Ret.)
    Top Secret clearance

Don Phillips, Lockheed Skunkworks design engineer, CIA Contractor

Capt. Robert Salas, US Air Force
    Nuclear Missile Launch officer, Montana

Lt. Colonel Dwynne Arnesson, US Air Force (Ret. 1986)
    Top Secret clearance, cryptographics, Germany
Officer in charge of commuications division, Great Falls, Mt.

Forgot to post a link to what?

Yeah, and, like I said, all that is from 2 decades ago, and, as intriguing and tantalizing as some of it may have been, none of it ever went anywhere. It all remains unconfirmed.

If there was any substance to any of it, it would've been an amazing revelation, and Greer would be a household name now, instead of an obscure UFO carnie who's biggest claim to fame is being a guest on the Art Bell Show back when the internet still had it's training wheels on.

I believe in UFO's for the simple reason that out of what is nearly certainly TRILLIONS of planets existing the idea that NONE of them would have life intelligent enough to become spacefaring in the many ways that they could. (Even if Einstein can't be violated there are other workarounds, one being just patience) is simply absurd on the basis of probability alone. That being said, however, I don't think the general public will ever know of it for one of two reasons

    A. Spacefaring peoples would be more than advanced enough that we would NEVER be able to perceive them

    B. Even if that's not so, they would be able to penetrate and control the highest echelons of all our governments from the beginning of time and no government would be able to defy them. They're here, get used to it.

In any case I'm not going to watch ANYTHING that's 2 hours long, not even porn is that interesting

I felt the same way, but after I got past the intro that ended at the 14:30 timestamp, I was interested enough to stay with it until about 57:00. So that is a total of about 42 minutes. I went on past that but that was the most interesting part.

One thing said by one of the "witnesses" was that one of the aliens was shot and killed, and that they had retrieved several bodies from several crashes that have occurred. It was also said that the aliens have no evil intentions but find us to be prone to violence and so they are VERY cautious.

I know a guy who saw one UFO like one that was described. I know him well enough to know he wasn't kidding and wouldn't bullshit me either, so there's that.

Regarding Einstein and relativity, we have two bodies of scientific theories that have proved relevant and promising, but cannot be (or at least have not yet been) reconciled into one cohesive whole. Those two theories are The Theory of Relativity and Quantum Theory. Maybe alien races have found a theory that resolves them. (Watch. Some total BOZO will say I'm an idiot because I "think an alien race is informed about Einstein and his TOR and our Quantum Theory", like maybe they went to Yale? LOL!!)

long wavelength energy, which does not interact like normal energy with matter due to wave coherence effects.

Okay, so an alien, from an advanced extraterrestrial race that has harnessed the power of the universe to such an advanced degree that they can travel across vast distances of space, was shot, by a human, with a gun? Like a regular gun? Like POW, and a little hunk of lead comes out? That's how the the ultra-advanced alien entity was dispatched? Shot down like a lame horse by a hairless human ape brandishing a boomstick?

And this alien was with alien buddies in a ultra-advanced interstellar-travel machine, but they all died when they got to Earth, and wrecked the spaceship like it was a Ford Taurus with bald tires on an icy road. They just lost control, skidded the spaceship, and hit a telephone pole. Were the aliens not wearing their seat belts?

You've been watching too many cartoons, sir.

    Tom DeLonge.

When I think "credible scientific researcher", the first person who comes to mind is the guitar player for Blink 182 who sells the designer UFO sneakers.

Well it's not new since it's a press conference from almost 20 years ago, it's not especially reliable given that it just seems to be a set of people making unsupported claims and it isn't especially significant given that similar people have been making similar claims before and after.

It should be noted that they're often not the same claims. The main thing that has always been missing in this area is a set of internally consistent and clearly defined hypotheses which could then be independently tested.

I'm also curious why you chose a title referring to an entirely unrelated topic. Were you looking to discuss zero-point energy or clams about aliens visiting Earth?

'teams of engineers and physicists have reverse-engineered the drive systems and other mechanics of the crafts, and they say they understand it all and can build, or have built, working models.'

Yes, and they all work over at Industrial Light and Magic, I've actually seen their models to.

    Hey, that's my line. :)

I also don't want them wasting money studying UFOs and I think they are real.

True enough, but if it weren't for him, the Nimitz ufo video would not have been declassified. So, he is doing something.

Oops, I made a mistake. The Nimitz ufo video was first made in 2004.

Anyway, I saw a news headline a few days ago that the Pentagon might release a public report from its non-defunct UFO unit.

OOooo! A report! FINALLY! The lid is going to be blown off the UFOs!

Over sixty years of this crap now. Half a century and counting.

How can people STILL get excited over the release of a UFO report after all stacks and piles and mountains of UFO reports that have come and gone in the last 6+ decades?

The UFOs aren't hiding in a filing cabinet. They never were, and they never will be.

Actually, I expect the public report to be rather light and it will become a big disappointment to people who were expecting the whole lid to pop off and uncover everything. Including cures for cancer and the ability to live forever. I've long ago given up on a much nicer world coming up if only we knew a little more about the Aliens.

Actually I expect the truth, about military encounters with UFOs, is just going to be how it's always been described. The UFOs pop in during build-up and concentration of military units in an area, known for disabling nuclear weapons, and not wanting to talk to us.

Someone wants me to pay them for the privlege of watching their VIDEO about little green men.

That is 100% pure sucker bait.

If little green men are found, you will know because of the explosion of response from the entire world wide scientific community - physics biology, astronomy, sociology, psychologgy, etc., etc.

You only have to pay people for their conspiracy theories when they are BS.
