I believe Joe Biden did make things better - for example when he pushed Obama's administration into publicly supporting Gay Marriage. I do not expect a President to be someone who fixes all of our problems, and I thought it was really ****ing dumb to elect someone who publicly made the claim that "I alone can fix it."
The only thing missing from your post is Joe Biden's voice saying "I'm Joe Biden and I approve this message".
Ah, gay marriage. Problems solved. Aside from the deficit, the wars he supported, healthcare...oh and the "systemic racism" you guys are always going on about.
I will gladly lend my voice to his campaign if he asked. The man is honorable, decent, and will care enough to work everyday to ensure that he is serving the best interests of the American people.
Healthcare was improved, deficits were improved, and wars were reduced all during Obama's Presidency.
The previous 40 years when he was one of 100 Senators? Do you think one Senator is capable of reducing the deficit, fixing healthcare, or stopping wars?
No, Jane Fonda but he could have voted against the bills that have gotten us into the sh*t we are in now. But he didn't. he has been on the wrong side of every issue his entire career. And if he is such a stand up guy as you proclaim why does he slander the truck driver that was involved in the accident that killed his first wife?
...the man was involved in the accident that killed Biden's wife and baby daughter and you want to know why he would talk poorly of the guy? Seriously? Are you seriously going to doubt the integrity of a man because he bad mouthed a guy that was involved in the death of his wife and baby daughter? He even called up the daughter of that guy and personally apologized for his public statements! And it is wholly inaccurate to claim that Biden voted on the wrong side of every issue of his entire career. He voted for campaign finance reform including the McCain-Feingold Act, he voted for the 1994 Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, he has supported mass transit for years, carbon emissions cap and trade, student loan forgiveness, and the Affordable Care Act.
I suggest you make an actual argument instead of pretending like telling me to "actually research the issue" is a viable substitute.
People are NOT voting for Biden, they are voting against Trump. The same reason I voted for Trump, against Hillary. This time I am voting for Trump! He has done what he has said he was going to do.
At the risk of pointing out that the topic for this thread is explicitly about not discussing Trump, would you like to address when Trump promised to fail at addressing a global pandemic, watching the deficit and unemployment rate explode under his presidency, and when he promised to push the country to the edge of a racially based civil war. Sorry, you don't need to provide proof of the last one.
