    Biden wouldn't actively undermine governors trying to control the virus with calls to reopen. He would also use the Defense Production Act to ramp up PPE production.

    Trump even undermines the suggestions of his own experts.

    What about the approximately one-third of COVID-19 sufferers who have lingering symptoms? We simply don't know how their lives will be impacted in the years to come.
