For my money, a narrow win for Trump, he's behind at the moment but we still have to get into presidential debates, the Covid lockdown will eventually fade allowing him to campaign in person which he's so good at and there will be a backlash against the excesses of the cancel culture/BLM etc, people are too scared to speak out these days (and who can blame them?) but the silent majority will make themselves heard in the confidentiality of the election booth.

At this point in time everything looks on track for Biden to win.

That said the Dems do have a track record of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory as in 2016.

What I am NOT seeing is anything that will change the current trend.

Is the FBI director going to announce an investigation into Biden 2 weeks BEFORE the election?

Looks like MI has been CONCEDED already by the Covidiot's campaign and that means a Hail Mary to win BOTH PA and WI. Bear in mind that PA is home turf for Biden so make that a double Hail Mary.

I cannot predict the winner of this election yet, and I'm usually able to do so.

I think a lot will depend on which candidate promises to shovel out the most 'free stuff' to the unthinking, stupid American 'cattle'. We Americans don't have high-and-mighty expectations any longer. We've become a morose, insular, unhappy people who hate the world and hate each other. The only thing we on the Left and Right seem to have in common anymore is that, increasingly, both major factions need the GOVERNMENT to do more and more FOR them. This whole 'virus' episode is an excellent case-in-point....

Look at the candidates we have today! At a time when we desperately need a John F. Kennedy or a Ronald Reagan (or ideally, a synthesis of both of these magnificent men), we get our choice between a temperamental, dictatorial business tycoon who thinks nothing is more important than stock markets, OR, a corrupt, senile, decayed party-hack who will be happy to turn this country into the kind of lawless, socialistic shithole we USED to recoil in horror even thinking about!

So, who wins? Does anybody really 'win' with choices like that? But, I won't be coy... rather than see a contemptible, 'progressive' WRETCH like Biden in the White House, I'll vote for Trump. The classic "lesser-of-two-evils"....

In which case you can kiss your Social Security goodbye because it will be SLAUGHTERED as an OFFERING to APPEASE the GREED obsessed Wall Street Casino Banksters.

And it won't stop there, Cy!

Your medical benefits will be LOOTED and all because you decided that a LYING SHYSTER was the "lesser-of-two-evils".

Might as well stock up on cardboard boxes because you are going to need them to barter for a place to sleep under an overpass during your wannabe Fascist-in-Chief's Reign of Error for who knows how long?

Does that sound far fetched to you?

If I had told you in 2016 that the economy would be wrecked, tens of thousands would be needlessly dying, tens of millions would be out of work and who knows how many would be facing evictions at this point in time you would have considered that to have been far fetched and yet ALL of it has come to pass because of the INCOMPETENCE and STUPIDITY of the FUGITIVE from justice hiding out in the Oval office.

Odds are you will believe him if he tells you he will show you his tax returns AFTER the election too!

    Sad!

Biden takes it unless Trump really DOES have KGB hackers controlling the whole thing

The Republican Party, and especially Trumperism will evaporate like early morning fog on a spring day. Conservatism will begin rebuilding itself in a rational mold. I expect that George F. Will may become its intellectual guru

I doubt that he's actually behind. We'll get another month of the fake news push polling and then Labor Day weekend the race "will suddenly tighten". You'll see, give it 4 weeks. Just like last time, Hillary was never on her way to landslide, never. It was always a pack of lies.

CNN interviews Obama-to-Trump swing voters. 66% still pick Trump over Biden. Ignore the mandatory CNN condescension.
Reading between the lines: “These people are beyond the reach of, or see through, the national MSM preference falsification system.”

    The Democrats Plan:
When the idiot in the basement is let off-leash by his wife and handlers, he babbles about President Trump trying to “steal” the election. He likes the virtual fundraisers hosted by one of the celebrities Hillary Clinton thought would wish-cast her to victory.
UK’s Sunday Express has a poll up showing President Trump leading Biden by a couple of points:
Well, they're surprised, Trump supporters aren't.
He'd also take CD2 in Maine. If he takes MN he'll hold Failing Faltering Joe to 17 States and give him a resounding ECV whipping along the lines of 320-218

    And that's spot on.
    Yup!

“Why Won’t Biden Accept an Interview With Fox’s Chris Wallace?” Well, the headline pretty much answers itself, doesn’t it?

Biden has a "minder" who shuts off the interview before Crazy Joe can have another meltdown.

Biden staffer interrupts interviewer to cut interview short before Biden has one of his signature meltdowns.

    AMBER ALERT: Joe Biden.

No, Te, Social Security won't get "slaughtered". Unlike a lot of the rest of government crap that's piled up to the stratosphere, Social Security is a TRUST FUND. Each person has his/her own account, and you get your payout based on what you EARNED. Yeah, I know, Social Security is running out of money, with benefits on track to be reduced by perhaps quite a lot by 2035. But, by the year 2035, I'll be deep into my 80's, and probably as demented, incoherent and mindless as Joe Biden is today. I'll need someone to feed me, wipe my butt, and tell me what to do and think... just as Biden probably does today. It won't matter, because I plan on drinking myself to death before I ever get THAT fugged-up....

As far as Medicare goes, by the time Biden's handlers (why do I keep on thinking I smell Valerie Jarrett's stench in the background?) get through giving away a benefit that was supposed to be EARNED by working ten years (40 'quarters'), our socialized-medical services will be as overrun with hypochondriacs, slackers, bums, and parasites as the European systems already are. It will hopeless.

You and I have agreed already that what little hope there was in the Democrat Party existed in a candidate like Andrew Yang. And, on that side, I also liked Tulsi Gabbard as a vice-president. On the Republican side (which I know you are allergic to), I still see much promise in Marco Rubio! Tsk, tsk... so much for any of THAT.... We'll either get Trump for another four years, or we'll get the oblivion, misery, and agonizing hell of "Obama 2.0"... take your pick....

We need newer, more intelligent thinking, along with younger, clear-minded, energetic people, but most Millennials and Gen Z'ers are wholly-deluded, socialist morons whose mentality resembles a slab of onyx!

So, the one prediction I can make with certainty is that when the sun rises on November 4th, no matter who has 'won', I won't be in a state of ecstasy -- just less likely to go into a series of puking-spasms if Trump has emerged as the winner....

At the peak of the Drug War, parts of some cities were like war zones. (The Drug War was, and is, a spectacular failure). He spent a month or so riding with some cops right in the middle of the worst of it.) While he was doing that, he sounded like a liberal. After he stopped, he want back to telling his audience what they wanted to hear. It was amusing to watch.

We're all Democrats in a foxhole.

You may have forgotten what a duplicitous hypocrite Biden has been for many years -- back when he DID know 'what century it is', and, what he was doing -- in places like Ukraine, for instance....

Today, he's little more than a husk for a mentality that is defective, decayed, and, yes -- demented. Clever, scheming radical Democrat insiders like Valerie Jerrett and others will pull Biden's puppet strings, carefully script what comes out of his mouth from now on, and tell him everything to do. These 'insiders' did much the same thing for "Messiah" Obama, too... the political formula works: Shovel the welfare to the have-nothing, do-nothing 'Proles' in return for their votes, and develop smothering power to spread a doctrine of wealth 'redistribution' throughout the world. :cheerleader:

"Run of the mill"...? Perhaps -- but the 'run of the radical socialist mill' is synonymous with "Death to America", the ultimate radical DEMOCRAT wet-dream of "Obama 2.0". They HATE this country, and view it as their mission to tear it down by any means possible.

THAT would be an abyss we'd NEVER crawl out of, but our adversaries around the world would love to watch us bury ourselves -- without having to fire a single shot....

Well, we can make analogies to the Mariana Trench, or Mt. Everest, or some other geographical feature, but it doesn't change what Joe Biden was, and, what he IS today. Worse... what he will be tomorrow... a tool for creatures like Valerie Jarrett and the other 'swamp monsters' who gave us "Obama 1.0".

"Obama 2.0" will be orders-of-magnitude worse, Te. And that is just about the ONLY reason I'm being forced to vote for Trump, but, vote for him I must because there is no other choice. Our backs are flat against the wall....

Make no mistake I am no big fan of Biden, Cy!

But YOU raised the point about the LESSER of two evils and your wannabe Fascist-in-Chief is by far the GREATER evil that has already brought our nation to her knees and he will turn it into Apartheid 2.0 with an economy matching that of NK and a healthcare system that even Haiti would look down upon.

Well, Te, you know I disagree about Biden being the 'less-bad' in just about any category imaginable, but, you raise an interesting idea! Let's spend as much tax money as necessary to send all the angry, America-hating ANTIFA, BLM, radical-Democrats and other mindless, ignorant, socialist scum to Haiti, and let them enjoy an superior way of live down there in the lovely tropics! PERMANENTLY! Everybody will be happier!

    WELCOME TO PARADISE!

My prediction is that we probably won't know who won for several days and that Biden isn't going to concede if he narrowly loses the election. In 2018 the Republicans went from a narrow defeat in the House on election day to a massive defeat 10 days later because of the multiple recounts, and new ballots being "found." I predict the same thing for this year. Just recount and recount until the "correct" candidate wins.

Meanwhile the DNC is planning to take this all the way to civil war...

"But Mr. Podesta, playing Mr. Biden, shocked the organizers by saying he felt his party wouldn’t let him concede. Alleging voter suppression, he persuaded the governors of Wisconsin and Michigan to send pro-Biden electors to the Electoral College.

In that scenario, California, Oregon, and Washington then threatened to secede from the United States if Mr. Trump took office as planned. The House named Mr. Biden president; the Senate and White House stuck with Mr. Trump. At that point in the scenario, the nation stopped looking to the media for cues, and waited to see what the military would do."

Cities are burning, democrat politicians and MSM are lying everyday about "peaceful" protests, Biden has full blown dementia, I have a great idea, I think I will vote for Biden, we just haven't had enough IRS thugs attacking conservatives lately, got to get back to that.

No need for that since YOUR wannabe Fascist-in-Chief has already started turning America into a "shithole" nation. You MUST be so PROUD of him already which explains why you cannot wait to vote FOR him in November.

I don't know how you could have read anything I wrote in this thread and get the inane idea that I'm SO "proud" of Trump and "cannot wait to vote for him in November". :psychoitc:

I'm going to vote for Trump out of DESPERATION, Te. Do you finally have it now...? If Trump were running against just about any Democrat I can think of besides a corrupt, mentally-defective stooge and wretch like Joe Biden... ah, but that's all 'water under the bridge now', isn't it...(?).

You were the one who was extolling the comparative virtues of North Korea and Haiti over a United States with Trump as president. I guess you didn't like my retort to something as silly as THAT was.

NO, Te, I'm plenty pissed-off at Trump... especially now that it comes out that he's thinking about issuing a 'decree' doing away with payroll taxes, ALL BY HIMSELF. This is the kind of sh!t that Obama did -- routinely -- and it drives me crazy to think that Trump would do something like that, which will completely STARVE the government of very badly needed tax revenue! BUT, it would be good for the stock markets, and that's what he cares about most....

Oh, and by the way, wasn't Trump supposed to have officially declared ANTIFA to be a registered 'Terrorist Organization' by now? Also, wasn't Trump going to issue a 'decree' lowering prescription drug prices over last weekend? SEE WHAT I MEAN? I'm being forced to vote for Trump, but I won't (WON'T) like it, Te....

Here is what I do NOT understand, Cy!

You are NOT stuck with a BINARY choice!

You are not FORCED to vote FOR anyone!

You could ABSTAIN instead or just stay home or write your own name in as your choice.

But voting FOR the lying, criminal, racist shitstain is a de facto EMBRACE of EVERYTHING that he is doing to HARM We the People.

Choose door #3 and you will be able to live with yourself for the next 4 years because as an Independent you are NOT beholden to vote for either party now.

That puts you in the strong position of being able to criticize Biden while NOT having to DEFEND that odious turd currently stinking up the Oval office.

    Think about it.

What you say made a lot of sense to me back when I voted -- TWICE -- for Ross Perot, Te. I've been in this 'rodeo' before, although the rodeo back then wasn't nearly so totally fugged-up as it is today....

I quit the Republican Party two years ago, and am unaffiliated now. Still, if I'm in a bad enough mood when it's time to vote, I may just haul off and vote for Marco Rubio, or, Andrew Yang -- just for the pure HELL of it.

But, the hangover-effect of a Biden victory would be very haunting afterwards if I did that, especially given what this demented, corrupt puppet would do in the Oval Office once he's fully under the control of manipulative, 'progressive' socialist insiders like Valerie Jarrett and all the other America-hating, revisionist creeps!

[IMG]. "So, you want a female, 'blackish' president? Vote for Biden, and I'll do the rest!"

Cy, you need to stop THINKING like a Republican!

You are NOW an Independent and with that comes the FREEDOM to openly criticize BOTH parties!

I have no problem calling out the ESTABLISHMENT Dems for their craven obeisance to the GREED obsessed Wall Street Casino Banksters.

You are under ZERO obligation to give YOUR vote to either party that is little more than a fully OWNED subsidiary of the Oligarchs.

Yes, I know that Progressives are your worst nightmare but that is because you are STILL thinking like a Republican. When you change your outlook and perceive them from an Independent perspective you realize that they are your ALLIES now because they are the ones who will take down the worst of the Establishment Dems for you. Yes, you will have to deal with some of the baggage but it is a SMALL price to pay for seeing REAL change in Congress.

As an Independent we get to pick and choose who is on the side of We the People first and foremost as the ONLY criteria for casting our vote. I will vote for a Republican who supports government transparency over a Dem who does the bidding of corporate SuperPACs.

There is NEVER going to be POTUS candidate WITHOUT baggage and without reasons to be wary and being SKEPTICAL is a GOOD thing for Independents. We don't even have to like a candidate but if they are sincere about REPRESENTING We the People first and foremost then that is who we NEED in office.

Take a break, give your mind time to reset and clear out the clutter of old biases that are still hanging around in your thoughts. Take some deep breaths and begin afresh with the KNOWLEDGE that you owe no party any allegiance. Instead the parties MUST come to YOU and offer you want YOU value in order to EARN your vote.
