    "PACK" the court? The idea here is to expand the size of the court; add more justices so that the new ones might swing to the left. FDR tried that when the supreme court ruled parts of his "New Deal" unconstitutional, but failed.

    So I'm thinking- IF congress votes to expand the court, and Trump remains in office- have they forgotten that Trump would be the person nominating candidates for the new seats?

    That could allow the new justices to all be conservatives, making it even harder for them to force the court left. I don't believe these people think ahead very far, but it's clear that they believe that not getting their way is proof of some criminal conspiracy against them and justification to deviate from the law and constitution.
    That's pitiful.

    Trump probably already has his "packed court" nominees list in his desk drawer......

    There's no guarantee that they won't if Trump doesn't nominate.

    They're can only do it if they win which is a big IF.

    In fact the rights the right wing courts have granted to corporations are superior to those given to AMERICAS WORKING CITIZENS.

    Hard working Americans. How many times have we heard that? Somehow they seem to forget that they aren't the only hard working Americans. We all work hard. Some do it with their hands and back and some do it with their brains and some do with both.

    The term is just another way to try to divide us.

    If they were not people, how could you constitutionally apply an income tax to them? If organizations made of people have no rights, what about unions and other organizations?
    It's not so dry and cut.

    Look at the information for a specific corporation. One of the first things they will mention is the number of employees.

    Nothing nearly as bad as what the Dems did sending jobs overseas by the boat load via bad policies. Never forget that when you step on a corporations toes you kick the working man who depends on it for his livelihood right square in the balls.

    People have morality

    The other trick is to make DC into a state, which gives them two senators. They're working on it. Pack the senate, so to speak.

    Added lights to my flag display yesterday, so if we have any Trump haters hanging around the neighborhood, they can see the American flag on top, and the Trump 2020 flag right below it, night and day.
    Lots of Trump endorsements out around here, but I've only seen one Biden yard sign. It says "I'm Joe Biden, and I forgot this message".....
