Yes, but going by all the others that were thrown out already as being baseless, most will make the assumption that these new ones are more of the same, and so not worth our time. It seemed that you were trying to convince at least some of us, of that opinion, that there was some reason to see things differently. Perhaps I was mistaken about that. Surely, if you don't care about swaying anyone's opinion, you need present nothing to support any of your arguments. While one might wonder what, then, is the point of your making these arguments, except to people who already agree with them, that is, naturally, no one's business but your own.
Nothing will change the outcome. It's done. I don't blame Republicans for letting Trump work out his issues. If he lets COVID-19 get worse while doing nothing to deal with growing case load, he could cost the GOP the Senate seats in Georgia. Republicans need Trump's cooperation. I suspect Trump may have stopped the Republicans from retaking the House and left them at risk of losing the Senate.
Some of these elections are so close honest mistakes could make the difference. Does anyone object to someone taking some time to correct honest mistakes?
They are obligated to ensure the vote is correct. But recounts can change few hundred votes. It has never resulted in 10s of thousands getting reveresed. The most votes ever reversed in a recount is around 500.
So you are a Constitutional Lawyer? Where did you get your law degree? Or are you playing Holiday Inn expert?
Fake news. Fallacious reasoning. Ignore them if you wish, but they are out there for perusal, and imo, they are solid cases... The Trump Team just had a minor victory in one of their PA litigations... more to come...
LIE. Many (including all of the major ones) are still pending... Trump just had a minor win in PA (yesterday??)
It is not necessary to be a lawyer in order to comprehend the English language and the Constitution...
Many of his campaign’s lawsuits filed this week have been dismissed on lack of merit, and the ones that have gained some traction are unlikely to change the outcome of the Presidential race. The one in PA will only affect the pace of the count. Trump is history, he has two months to pack up and leave DC on the crazy train he rode in on.
Nope, those lawsuits are still running their way through the system... they start in the lower courts and work their way up... The major ones will eventually get to SCOTUS...
You'd make a great juror, since you "know" there was fraud despite an absence of credible evidence having been presented so far. FYI: the courts don't work that way. Trump's attorneys have a legal burden of proof; a burden they have not yet met. If you expect it to be met in the coming days, please explain how you know this.
None of them pose a risk to the election results. The Trump campaign can't find a judge who will ignore facts.
I started a thread that examines the lawsuits: here. I show that the lawsuits that have been filed to date have no chance of changing the results. Your opinions seem to have no basis in fact.
Affidavits ARE evidence... other evidence is currently being compiled for filing to courts... step outside of the left-wing bubble for a second and you'd know what's going on...
Yes, they do... They concern HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of ballots (due to State and Federal election laws that were ignored)... They also concern allegedly faulty voting software (such as Dominion) that allegedly switched and lost millions of votes across the country... This will all soon be presented to the court system (and to the State Legislatures in question)... Judges don't look at facts; they look at evidence. Learn what a fact is... Learn what evidence is...
Bo Belinsky was a flash in the pan Lefty for the LA Angels in the early 1960s. He pitched a no hitter, banged a few Hollywood Starletts then vanished into “Bolivian” as Mike Tyson would say. Tucker and his buddy Bobulinsky will go the same way...On their way to Bolivia....lol
There are more lawsuits upcoming, and the "dismissed" ones can and will be appealed... The current PA and MI lawsuits in particular involve many hundreds of thousands of votes... This is a process, which will take time... this will continue for the next few weeks... Even if the courts don't or can't offer any remedy to Trump's campaign, the State Legislatures still can. This alleged election fraud information will be presented to them as well. They might certify Trump's electors instead, or they might not certify ANY electors... This process has a long way to go yet before we have any idea who will win this election...
