This law was passed in Oct 2019 and first took effect for the April 2020 primary. If it was unconstitutional why was it not challenged for the 2020 primaries? I know why! Because Trump had no real challenger.

That was before the Trumpocity lost an election.

or at a minimum in advance of 11/3. If they had filed it in July, maybe it would have been to their benefit. After the fact - they are not going throw out millions of votes

Seems odd to me that all the leftists would get all bent-out-of-shape over lawsuits that have no credibility to them. Or, maybe what they fear is that there is credibility to them.

That's true. You can't ignore them like you did Juan McCain, Mitt Romney, Jeff Flake and other Rinos. They threaten your agenda!

Because it didn't apply until the 2020 election. Just because nobody challenged it before the election doesn't mean it's above challenge.

You realize Lawyers are officers of the court and affidavits sworn to them are sworn to the court.

Making fun of them because they have no credibility is not showing fear, it's trying to get people to realize how foolish these theories are unless backed with proof.

What if he's a divorce lawyer?

Serious stuff. Relationship problems? Time for a split maybe? For your own good, of course.

Some of your made up stuff is pretty good, which is why I like it! Hollywood stuff. This is just lame, though. Whether an affidavit is entered as evidence is up to a judge, not a lawyer. Silly wabbit.

It's because it's entertaining. I'm going to miss this after Trump is gone. The desperation being shown by Trump worshippers by creating so many new threads saying we have definite proof of fraud which within minutes blows up in their faces is very entertaining. How many suits have been thrown out now?

If this is true, this case will be thrown out within seconds of a hearing starting. After the Fact is a legal process

Entertaining it is. Good stuff. The "scared out of your shorts" nonsense is pitiful projection.

"That's a smiley face! LMAO you say? What's wrong? Scared out of your shorts, are you?"

    Hilarious. Keep it coming, guys.

Then you need to throw out the primaries, too. Looks like nobody won anything in PA.

Time to bring out the state constitution and see who ends up serving.
