So when Obama took the parents/criminals in to custody/holding cells until their hearing, the little children were with them the whole time You really going with that..

 

If the parents didn’t have any serious crimes on the record and could prove they were the parents, they were released until their immigration hearing.

 

....or they could have chosen instead to get in the official "path to citizenship" line like everyone else and not had to show up to trials or ever fear being deported in the first place. You know, the way that most migrants do "moving to America".

 

Yup the big "IF" So, IF they were released why where the Obama and Trump babies never claimed.. Sooner of later you will have to answer these basic questions..

Reportedly, it was difficult to reconnect children to their parents because children and parents entered two separate systems: parents were put in ICE custody and then entered the US Department of Homeland Security to face criminal prosecution while children were classified as an "unaccompanied alien child" and transferred to the US Department of Health and Human Services. Therefore, authorities no longer tracked them as a family unit and there was no system in place to reunite them.

 

So you don't have a problem now with putting these children in horrible conditions that are like concentration camps in their cages in violation of their civil rights?

 

And if there is no confirmation the adult is the parent or legal guardian of the child release the child with the adult to go their merry way? And why release them if they are making illegal claims for asylum? There is a legal process to do so and they violated it. They should be deported. And why don't we just tell the country of their origin's Embassy take custody of THEIR citizen and get them back to THEIR citizen parents?

 

Until the proof can be confirmed, it is the LAW.

They are indeed antithetical to American values, but let's put it like this: Peace in the region, or constantly mediating between the two sides? What has done more for the US and for the world? To me, the pro-heavy hand towards Israel has made the Arabic nations finally say "Well, they're here to stay and the "jihad crusade" is pointless so they're finally starting to modernize in some ways.

Now, if Israel were to start say genocide that would change the calculus, but I think it's about drawing final lines and getting the Israeli government to see where those lines would be for "Israel's safety".

I mean seriously, how many parents do you know that would NOT do everything in their power to reclaim their children?

And you create your own curiosity. What would you have done with the children while the men and women were separate FOR OBVIOUS reason awaiting a hearing? Clearly you wouldn't house children with adults that have no ID! Then again the mere mention of DHHS or DFS begins a entirely different set of bureaucracy and insanity.. Once those people get involved you're lucky to get your child back as a American citizen let alone a faceless illegal..

Anyway, no one is to blame but the abusing and neglectful parent, kidnapper or whatever.. MPO if the child was never reunited with their parent be it Mexico, the border or within the U.S. then they were never going to be claimed anyway.. And that my friend is why open borders and soft immigration laws are so dangerous for WE the people and those children caught up in bullshit on both sides of the fence..
