    No one would dispute that there are several distinct cultures among the American black population. No one would dispute that none of these cultures exist in Europe in any statistically significant numbers. Some of the Black American subcultures probably have very low murder rates. We cannot tell because we do not have the data to distinguish between them.

    I know exactly why you need to be disarmed on a military base.

    And you're avoiding answering because you don't want to be confronted with the fact that unlike the 2A zealots, the military knows full well that the risk of shootings/accidents increases when there are guns everywhere.

    The only people carrying firearms on most military bases are those security personnel authorized to do so.

    21 of 122 - 17.2% - were perpetrated by blacks.

    Why are whites so significantly under-represented presented in mass shootings?

    There are tons of reasons why blacks are over represented; crime, single parent households, drug criminalization, poverty, education... list can go for miles.

    What does that have to do with what the suspect typically is? Which is a white male...
