I have seen a case of post measles encephalitis - it is indelibly burnt into my brain. Beautiful looking baby but, and you will know what I mean when I say she was a “floppy baby”

I wouldn't call them not being vaccinated "killing" my children. Of course I would not want them showing up to school if they had signs of sickness.

In what way, shape, or form, are federal hospitals different from private hospitals?
So it's not OK for an employee of a private hospital to pass a deadly disease on to a patient who then dies, but it's OK for a VA employee to pass a deadly disease on to a valuable veteran of our armed forces, to whom we owe a lot of gratitude, who then dies? What do you have against our veterans?

I could support other vaccines and not support this one.

I haven't heard of measle vaccines resulting in heart inflammation.

At least a measles vaccine provides near lifelong immunity, which the Covid vaccine doesn't.

Why should this be injected into our children when the risk to them from the disease is so low?

Yeah we have had to mask up a couple of times statewide but we are getting into the swing of it now and mostly just doing regional mask requirements around the outbreaks. NSW had to go statewide but even then they are pulling back to just the hotspots.

Contact tracing and monitoring the sewerage seems to be the key

    You monitor the sewage?

I keep asking you - why not opt for J&J since that is a viral vector vaccine? They have been around and in use since the 1970s

Oh great. Are you familiar with something called an incubation period when people can be infectious but do not have symptoms yet? Are you this misinformed, or just disingenuous?
So, if you abolished the mandate, your children would be unvaccinated... and so would be their peers... then your children would catch deadly and maiming diseases... would die of measles... would die of polio or got paralyzed for life... is that what you want? Seriously? In the name of MY FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEDDDOOOOMMMMSSS?

Sorry but this is plain stupid. Here:

Isn't that the exact same technology as the others?

I doubt Covid would kill them.

I'm also very skeptical how much protection the vaccine actually offers (as explained in other threads).

    You didn't know about that?
    Jesus, you're so misinformed...
Why do you think you can sustain a debate with healthcare professionals like Bowerbird and me?
You have a lot to learn...

Yep! Works a treat! Since our numbers are low if we detect the virus in the sewerage we know to start testing in that area until we get a result and then we quarantine the area contact trace around the found cases and maintain “lockdown until numbers stabilise. NSW is still struggling but at least the numbers are no longer rising

No, it isn't. Go learn about it in my thread State of the Vaccines.

The why are the paediatric ICUs full and overflowing? Infect enough people and the children will definitely be put at risk.

Wasn't the J&J vaccine more likely to result in blood clots?

Is that really true? An issue to discuss in another thread.

Just because you read claims it is true does not mean it is so.
Around here, many hospitals are understaffed because they terminated nurses who were unvaccinated.

Go tell that to the parents of the 470 American children who died of Covid-19. Go see what happens when a child catches Covid-19-related MIS-C.
You are not skeptical. You just post bogus data and when it's debunked and explained to you why it's bogus, you ignore it and go to other threads to continue to spout the same nonsense.

470 deaths in a country the size of the US does not justify a vaccine.

If it did, there are hundreds of shots we could give children.

Yes. More likely than the mRNA vaccines, but still very unlikely. Very very rare.
I've posted many reliable stats about pediatric ICUs in some of the Southern states getting filled to capacity.

I saw a German study that suggested the rate of fatal blood clots might be 1 in 200,000.

What is the chance that a child will die from Covid?

I just saw the stat on myocarditis and Pfizer vaccine for people 30 and younger: one case for every 2 million doses...
About our milestone: Covid-19 has now killed more people in the United States than the Spanish Flu. Strange hoax, isn't it? Now the most deadly infectious disease outbreak we've ever had in our entire history.

    There are other causes.

(Like the RSV virus that has been coming into the US from Mexico)
I don't think we can get into that in this thread.
