Where is common sense? This continues to flame the racism mantra as if it is 1870 or even 1960. Why are we not human beings with one goal in mind: to be the best person we can be? Why does skin color, nationality, gender, or any of those things have to be a factor in determining what we can accomplish in this life?

The sad thing is....that I suspect this student leader believes that blacks can't get ahead unless they view themselves superior to other races.

Which leads me to believe he was taught as a child that blacks can't get ahead because whites are in control. Sad message.

I work with poor white children. Some come from broken families, have parents in prison, parents on drugs and alcohol, single parent families, little to no supervision....which frankly is simular to urban black majority areas.

What if we taught these poor white kids "the system is against you and you are held back by others"? It would be disastrous. We teach them about choices and that they have the ability to succeed if they make the right choices.

It's just sad that children grow up with a message of hopelessness and then daydream about being the "superior" race.

Why would you suspect that? There is literally NOTHING in the OP that supports your position. Stop rationalizing ffs, the kids POV every bit as despicable as a white supremacist skinhead nazi.

Some yahoo running his mouth off shouldn't be getting this much attention. The school needs to have a sit down with him.

You need to read the OP again:

'... Fuller later repeated his original claim, saying that "I do believe that Black people are superior."'

That's a racist belief. It's pretty much the classic definition of racist beliefs. John Fuller is a racist.

It's my opinion and I will stick to it because putting hope and personal responsibility into the heads of black children instead of resentment and despair will go a long way to solve a whole **** load of problem within America and Americans.

I mean, I don't disagree with that but sometimes a racist is a racist.

Yeah if you’re only talking about athletics. When you’re talking about things that matter such as physics, engineering, science, math, governing, technological and societal advancement... not so much.

Ok, superior how? Genetics? Intelligence? Resilience?

This is on par with saying "white people are more better".

In essence; he's a racist idiot.

The entire basis of your argument is flawed.

We have here, a black man making national news, in one of the world's most diverse countries, making statements from the position of leadership at a university... young men in Africa and around the global would laugh in the face of the ridiculous narrative that this young man has been subjected to institutional racism.

Simply because the left screams and moans about one of their victims classes doesn't make it fact.

It's simply silly for political gain.

I'm stunned at the kind of thing that makes the news these days. It's not like I'm unaware that this statement is so dumb as to create a ton of conversation among people smarter than the guy making it, but giving every clown a voice (I'm looking at you msm) isn't a good call.

Its a stupid comment, but his right to make one. Although it isn't judging white people or putting them down, but wanting to see one color superior to another is definitely racist.

We all know some white guy in that position who said what he said would be expelled on his ass in two seconds. What could possibly be the difference? White privilege my behind:) and this is across the board. Black people are regularly celebrated for bashing white people now or proclaiming their power and unity. Sounds REALLY bad when white people say it but no biggie when black people say the same things. Standard hypocrisy we’re dealing with.

It’s still racist no matter what color you are. Just wish it was treated equally BAD from both sides.

All people being equal is not communism ffs.

He is claiming he'd like people to be taught in schools that a particular race is intrinsically superior. < that's racism.
    Stop apologizing for the ****er.

John Fuller did a little bit of that too:

source: Ohio State Student Causes Debate With “Black People Are Superior” Comment | Black America Web

You'd agree that saying "white people learn from birth that they are superior" is "judging white people or putting them down", right?
