There it is. The President claimed he would bring the country together. Instead once again he does the opposite. Now declaring his political opponents 'semi-facist'. His Hillary deplorables moment. Almost 80,000,000 voted for Trump. Lots like me can't stand the blowhard but support those 'semi-fascit' policies I guess.

But when you can't win your positions on their own merits..........

"....President Joe Biden told Democratic donors that the philosophy espoused by supporters of Donald Trump was “like semi-fascism” during a fundraiser Thursday night in suburban Maryland.

“It’s not just Trump, it’s the entire philosophy that underpins,” the former president’s wing of the Republican party, Biden said. “I’m going to say something -- it’s like semi-fascism.” .."

I would classify Trump and his supporters as Neofascists.

He was elected with the largest majority in history.

Like it or not, what Trump did after his defeat will mark the US for another 20 years.

Trump has become a model for neo-fascists like Bolsonaro and Orban.

    And you voted for him.

If you believe a senile, child sniffing, woman groping racist, something even his VP agrees with, actually got the most votes in history, then all you’re doing is highlighting what his voters were looking for in a candidate.

You remind me of one of my old bosses. He didn’t know dick about anything, and every time he learned a new technical word or phrase he would use it constantly, even in places it had no place or meaning. We used to laugh at him behind his back.

Now if you want to classify a group of people, why don’t you look at today’s progressives and the Nazis. Lots of similarities there. Tons.

I don't know how many times I've responded to this non-argument.

Who do you think you are convincing with your conspiracy theories?

Start by trying to convince one of the 68 judges who rejected the "evidence" of fraud that Trump presented...

So you’re not going to deny that Biden is a senile, child sniffing, woman groping racist, something even his VP agrees with. You’re making progress in that at least you’re not denying something we’ve all seen with our own eyes. And if you believe the things I just mentioned got people to vote for him, including yourself, then your half of the country is pathetic. You know damn well there’s no way he got the most votes in history, he rarely campaigned and when he did no one showed up. But you had those mail in ballots, no voter ID, illegals voting, and so on. In Texas, did people were turned away at the polls because they were told they already voted? I’m sure you can find the story on ..cough cough…CNN.

Yes I do believe that because like the majority of the wonderful intelligent clear thinking Americans I was not taken in by slander attempts that used a photograph of a grieving father kissing the head of his grandchild at his sons funeral https://www.politifact.com/factchec...to-doesnt-show-joe-biden-engaging-disturbing/

both sides have gone too far... Trumpism needs to go... wokism needs to go.... needless regulation needs to go.. Fascism needs to go... the right also needs to stop trying to push religion on the American public

it's almost like America became so good, both sides decided to invent crazy things they knew the other side could not support - just so they had "issues" to solve - and then they refuse to fix real issues unless the crazy is supported by the other side

if Trump runs again, I hope I do not have to plug my nose and vote for the lesser of two evils, give us real candidates

give us candidates that put America first, not their parties crazies

Our situation is not that unlike London in 2012. The UK parliament was systematically broken, the major parties inside the parliament were unable to truly represent their people's interests which resulted in the London Riots and then later resulted in brexit. Right now, Congress has a 17% approval rating. https://www.statista.com/statistics/207579/public-approval-rating-of-the-us-congress/ This is an all-time low in public relations, and it's just deserved as Congress passed the tax-and-spend bill and called it a measure against inflation, lying to the people.

And just like in London 2012, rather than actually take accountability for it we now have "semi-fascist" claims. It's time to look in the mirror at the institutional failure of both parties to deal with national issues such as inflation, etc. that certain people had gripes with. Social Security needing a new agreement for the future in 2032 and Congress's inability to act.

There will be new voices from the ashes of the failed government, and those voices will be those who were willing to look the fire in the eye and say 'we failed'.

Why do you guys always forget Biden's biggest vote getter: your guy. Untold millions of people voted for Joe Biden because... he was not Donald Trump. What does that say of these "pathetic" peoples' opinions of Trump and, by extension, of those who not only supported him, but who are still carrying water for the s***bag who tried to torpedo the lawful confirmation of Biden, as the President Elect?

"Social Security needing a new agreement for the future in 2032 and Congress's inability to act."

that is something both sides should be able to agree on

in the last 20 years the trillions our debt has risen is crazy, we spent all that money, imagine if we had done it wisely, and as you said, both parties are to blame - we spent almost 10 trillion on the wars in the middle east alone

He won't be able to unite the "Let's go Brandon" crowd even if he DID cure cancer (of course, he won't). Haters are going to hate, it's funny, though, how they start crying when the other side supposedly "lies" about them, when they do nothing else but lie about the other side.

If the MAGA crowd, however, would actually be interested in uniting the country, they could start with conceding the 2020 election and put away their "f Biden" flags. Baby steps, I know.

If our government system is broken and has lost the people's trust & confidence, that happened a long time before the (to be expected) rising inflation, coming out of the worst part of the pandemic (which is already receding). So, if you are going to engage in hyperbolism, at least try to keep a semi-credible timeline.

Congress's 17% approval rating, BTW, is only it's
second lowest, in the past 12 months. It's high point, over that period, was last August-- long before any inflation-- when Congressional approval was already a dismal 28%, which you'd know, if you'd read your own link.

So you are predicting no 2nd term for Trump-- or do you honestly expect anyone's going to believe that the "D"-bag, is going to admit that he failed, at anything?

Lol…Biden is not the one running around threatening violence because they lost an election.
Maga don’t accept Biden as potus, so they are the ones refusing to come together.
It’s time to call a spade a spade, and if people prefer to worship a seditious traitor like trump and repeat his lies rather than respect our democratic traditions, they should be called out for it.
I think Biden is way too conservative in the way he treats trump and the maga extremists he leads. They have become a clear and present danger and are actively trying to undermine our country.
