Critical Race Theory is this thing where women and minorities blame the consequences of their actions and choices on white men...
I studied art, African and Women's studies at university and now I make less money than someone who studied physics??? It's white men's fault!!!
I suppose all the White men who fought in the civil war and died, got permanently injured and psychologically damaged for the rest of their lives to free the slaves were violent.
yeah to free the slaves. If you want reparations for the ancestors of slaves, then the ancestors of white men who fought in the civil war to free the slaves should also get reparations.
the soldiers were being paid to do a job. or maybe you think all usa soldiers that were in iraq should get reparations too!
Black Slaves were getting free housing, I'm sure you think white men freeing the slaves shouldn't have had free housing

The American soldiers in Iraq were volunteers. The American soldiers in the Civil War were conscripts. During the Civil War, the U.S. Congress passes a conscription act that produces the first wartime draft of U.S. citizens in American history. The act called for registration of all males between the ages of 20 and 45, including aliens with the intention of becoming citizens, by April 1.
I like how you just used half of my post to make it seem as though I was saying something I wasn't-kind of like that other political forum-eh?
What about those Union White men who put tens of thousands of escaping slaves in concentration camps where they died? Do you consider that free housing?
Trade the word white for black, and you sound just as evil and just as racist, saying the exact same thing a KKK grand wizard might say. Not that it surprises me, as you have put your anti-white racism for open display on this forum many times, and it's as evil and racist now as it was the first time. There is a lot of debate and misunderstanding out there about precisely what CRT even is, but if it's even 1% in agreement with your statement, banning it is the appropriate thing to do. While the nations history with black folk is a stain, turning it around on people who weren't even present when it happened is the exact wrong thing to do, and is a good way to start a race and/or civil war. With your attitude, though, I think it's quite possible you want that, but that's both a strategic and tactical mistake.
CRT is a lot of things to a lot of people. Some of its 'intellectual contributors' write that white people are racist because they don't have a high valuation of their own racial identity, and thus don't respect other ethnicities' high valuation of their racial identities either. Some people call this 'racial colorblindedness,' and while it's debated whether this 'racial colorblindedness' is a net positive or a net negative, prior to CRT it was not considered to be racist or a cause of racism. CRT teaches that this tendency for white people to be racially colorblind is a major cause of institutional racism. Many people (myself included) see this equation as 'white people are racist because they arent racist enough.' CRT also teaches a lot of history about racism that is relevant to the social issues of today ...but so long as it also teaches this patently illogical tennet as one of its foundational philosophies- that white people are to blame for institutional racism because they don't value their own racial identity, CRT has no business being taught as a prerequisite in public school. If its made an elective so people can choose whether they want to learn more about it- fine by me. But it seems to me to be at least in part interested in fomenting greater racial division by blaming the 'racially colorblind' white people of today for a system created by decidedly racist but now mostly dead people of the past.
Iam not but the white male culture here is. It's extremely aggressive and confrontational and centred around pride and ego.
