No. Almost all guns have at one point been legally bought form a store. And due to no registration it ends up anywhere.
It's not as if China is shipping guns to the US on a massive scale, you know.
In fact. The US is the supplier of guns for foreign gangs.

They aren’t allowed, but do! So those bad guys with guns won’t be registering them, won’t get in trouble for doing, thus rendering the registration of guns useless to deter crime.

Obama and Biden have been the greatest American gun and ammo salesmen of all time. They are to selling guns what this man was to boxing.

See DC v Heller. You're infringing on the right to keep and bear. Absolutely not.

So I take it into the store with me in its case on a hunting trip then? Can't lock my car? Absolutely not.

I'm not going to dignify this with a response other than: Absolutely not.

    Report a stolen firearm: Agreed.

Yes it is stupidity, because the first thing you do is drop the mag, rack the slide several times, physically inspect the chamber with your finger, lock the slide out, and never point it at a person during.
Not doing that is stupidity. Its not stupid to clean a weapon in a room with a person

If they can't be committed or have a guardian appointed, they can't be removed of their rights.
If they can be: Why the **** are they wandering the streets?

An alarm doesn't stop anyone doing anything. It makes them hurry up faster.
Dogs: Unless its an attack dog its just going to bark, get shot or get kicked. Not a stop at all.

If you are trying to cover for the fact Biden, Democrats and leftists actively campaign to ban 'assault weapons' like the AR15, it didn't work.

    Well yeah.
Democrats, et al, know they can't push their agenda w/o fresh bodies, - hopefully children - to stand on.
Thus, their support policies that do nothing to reduce gun violence.

So those bad guys with guns won’t be registering them, won’t get in trouble for doing
Bad or good guys won't get into trouble unless they're caught. Bad guys if they lie on the registration, or have one in possession. Good guys, if they don't register, are breaking the law.

This sh!t is pretty simple, don't know why it takes ten posts.

I think Biden ordered a review of the classification, still be up to the DEA to decide, surprised neither Trump nor Biden did not just order their DEA to reclassify it, be a win with voters

the DEA is not even following their own rules, a scheduled one substance can have no accepted medical use, Marijuana does, thus does not fit the classification of a Scheduled one substance by their own definition

    https://www.dea.gov/drug-information/drug-scheduling

    Schedule I

Schedule I drugs, substances, or chemicals are defined as drugs with no currently accepted medical use and a high potential for abuse. Some examples of Schedule I drugs are: heroin, lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), marijuana (cannabis), 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (ecstasy), methaqualone, and peyote.

and banning peyote, is like banning guns as it's a religious right covered under the 1st, it should not be illegal to practice one's religion in the privacy of their own home

Fortunately, in the US, almost all of this violates the constitution.

The words of the second amendment violated the constitution until the amendment was ratified

Of all the posts available on this forum, yours, above, makes the least sense.

Really? How would those words violate the constitution before the 2nd amendment was ratified?

Why don't you point out where in the 1788 Constitution does it state the right to keep and bear arms

Why don't you point out where it gives congress the legislative authority to ban arms?

Mandatory minimums sure. Drug addicts and criminals who fill out a 4473 or having 4473's at all?
See NYSRPA v BRUEN, not constitutional.

Why don't you read article V where it discusses amendments, then see the Bill of Rights in 1791.

    See how that works?
