You're already paying for his war on the fossil fuel industry. Biden & Co. don't give a damn about working taxpaying Americans.

I hate how people make ridiculous claims and when call out to prove what they say lie. Offering proof would be much easier. You won't, because you can't and saying "I refuse to do it" is the admission you can't.

I'm very aware of Biden's policies. YOU on the other hand are definitely confused. We are producing more oil than ever and you INSIST there is a war on the oil industry. How does that make sense.

You are denying the government, both federal and state, are driving this through the EPA CAFE standards and the federal subsidies and incentives is driving this while at the same time trying to shut down oil and gas to propel ICE vehicles?

And little kids covered in toxic dust breaking rocks in Congolese artisanal mines.

    Aren't green energy jobs grand?

How much of your retirement do you have invested in our future oil and gas industry?

There's no such thing as green energy again the first law of thermodynamics makes this clear.

There's a cost to it all and just so you know I'm glad people are trying to develop what they can out of solar or geothermal or when generated energy it's not good enough yet. That's like transitioning out of your 2023 vehicle into a model t.

yeah I know what I said. You are adding your own editorial to when I said.

That's okay beat dishonest to your heart's delight it only hurts your position.

If you weren't emotionally tied to this you would be able to argue in good faith
you misinterpreted. I didn't change anything I clarified you are misinterpretation.

I would say turn down your ego a little bit that's something weak people use to mask their weakness.
Yeah people lie either in what they say or what they fail to say.
I made up the fact that electric cars burn and that lithium ion batteries have their own oxygen supply?

How did I make up something so accurate?
I don't need to. Only people in the electric car cult deny this. My goal isn't to convince you that you're religion is wrong I already know it is it's to convince other people that you're irrational and shouldn't be trusted.

I don't think that anybody doubts lithium-ion batteries burn uncontrollably.
I don't need to you're arguing against facts I don't argue facts. They are what they are you either accept them or you're irrational. I don't take any responsibility for helping you become rational

    So sayith the Lord.

No you mean you hate it when people make accurate claims.

You have an emotional connection to the subject. This is why you deny reality

These auto-dealers need to be patient. My current lease (2021) doesn't end until the middle of next year (2024). At that time I will be in the market for a new car. That hasn't stopped me from looking at an EV. The cost of which would be absolutely painful because I can't afford it, but that's the direction the world is going in, and that's the direction it needs to go in. At this rate, if the auto-dealers get what they want, the EV evolution will be over before it ever gets off the ground. Don't fold Biden!

I don’t really care what right wing donors say — I care what they do. And right now they are not fighting legal battles over EV’s — they are fighting them over direct to consumer sales.

What about them? If you want to look at this issue that EVERYTHING has a finite amount then where in a world of pick your poison and you want to die on the slab of oil.
That's your choice. Mine is different.

Please, stop with with "let the market decide"
Let the market decide on beaver hats......ok, they're gone, done.
Let the market decide on buffalo coats......ok, they're gone, done.
Let the market decide on oil.......................ok, it's gone, done.
    Brilliant

That energy cannot be created or destroyed? No kidding, and then as far as converting from one form to another (which, btw, is what we're talking about) to switch to a form that is not bad (or as bad) for the environment and therefore, humanity is inevitable
I would say that people with the thought process on the subject that you have is what is holding everything back.

Yeah, I know what you said also and when you said it I looked up the fire because I wasn't familiar and, guess what, no mention of electric vehicles or of any problem with putting out the fire (which is what I have been saying). I've challenged you to offer a source to prove your point and you have not. That's not me giving my own editorial, that's you refusing to back your words.
    You won't, because you can't.
Yeah, I'm getting that from you.
Now you're just being disingenuous because of your false argument. You can continue if you like but it's a bad look for you.
You only need to if you want to have any credibility. Your choice.

Applying value judgements like bad and not bad to energy is pointless, meaningless, and an indication of lack of knowledge.

Next time instead of dumping emotion into a discussion that doesn't need emotion, explain why it's bad it not bad.

    This is primitive nonsense.
How pathetically unqualified the purveyors of such tech must be to be held back by my thought process.

Maybe the people in charge of this shouldn't be if they are this stupid and weak.

I never denied that nor is it the point.
It's YOUR point but it has zero to do the claim you made to bring it up. You could have just said that statement above and been fine but you didn't. You used an airport fire to, somehow, prove your point and it's pure fiction. Yes, the batteries are a tough burn. Yes, there was an airport fire. Does your story about the airport fire have anything to do with you point about the batteries......no.

Yes. That's how our government works if you haven't noticed. Task forces are made up of senior government employees from the agencies most involved. Theoretically that makes them the most qualified in their field.

It also explains a lot about how screwed up our government is.
