    Democrats know what's at stake so they'll always be a no.

    Are you saying that there is no hope? All is lost? We're doomed?

    The future both unknowable and uncertain, so I see confidence or despair as equally valid choices.

    All these organizations, with all this preening and virtue signaling, they are just anti-Semitic haters.

    Maybe we shouldn't be surprised. Harvey Weinstein, a big Left wing donor, raped left wing starlets for 40 years and it was never a secret.

    WHY DON’T PEOPLE WHO EXPRESS GRAVE CONCERN ABOUT PALESTINIAN CASUALTIES CALL ON HAMAS TO RELEASE ITS HOSTAGES AND SURRENDER?:

    'Because they don’t really care about Palestinian well-being. The allegedly “pro-Palestine” movement’s main objective is to destroy the State of Israel, for various reasons–antisemitism, Islamism, pan-Arabism, hatred of the West. The welfare of actual Palestinians is at best a secondary concern. This, among others things, is why you see virtually no voices who claim to be concerned with Palestinian well-being calling on Hamas to surrender. Hamas’s surrender would surely be good for the Palestinians. It would end the war and its attendant destruction, and it would mean that some new group would govern Gaza, and that new government could hardly be worse than the corrupt, Islamist, war-mongering dictatorship of Hamas. But, and here’s the key, Hamas’s surrender would also benefit Israel. And the “movement” is happy to sacrifice both immediate and long-term Palestinian well-being to harm Israel.'

    Is Hamas planning a massive attack against Israel from Lebanon? Hamas announced the establishment of the Vanguards of the Al-Aqsa Flood in Lebanon and called on the Palestinians there to join the group to “liberate Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque.”

    NEWS: #Hamas launches a new army in #Lebanon, “Tala’eh Tawafan Al Aqsa” طلائع طوفان الأقصى, calling Palestinians to join and fight. As they drag Lebanon into war, it’s clear this wouldn’t happen without coordination with #Hezbollah, who’s still playing plausible deniability.

    The demonic Zionist Fascists wants the US to destroy Iran for them. It's time to dump that imperialist military base we named, "Israel." The US gave Israel billions upon billions of dollars since 1948 and our reward is they call Americans antisemitic because we object to them murdering 2.3 million Palestinians. Besides, America has its own fascist problem (which it is about to lose) existing since the fired CIA Director Allen Dulles murdered JFK.

    You really should read past the headline! The short selling was carried out in Israeli companies according to your conspiracy. Perhaps you should investigate who works for those Israeli companies and see if there are any links to the Israeli government

    Maybe you should.

    Hamas shorted Israeli companies before the attacks.

    Oh. let's see. Who is most likely to own shares in Israeli companies? Israeli government officials, staff of the Israeli company EFT, or Hamas who hate Israel so would have no desire to invest in Israeli companies? The Israeli government clearly expected a Hamas attack. Netanyahu' his companies, and those close to him should be investigated in similar fashion when it was disclosed that Rumsfeld and Cheney made huge sums from "the War on Terror"

    The vile hateful Nazi scum that runs our Leftwing Universities

    The presidents of
    @Harvard
    ,
    @MIT
    , and
    @Penn
    'were all asked the following question under oath at today’s congressional hearing on antisemitism: Does calling for the genocide of Jews violate [your university’s] code of conduct or rules regarding bullying or harassment? The answers they gave reflect the profound moral bankruptcy of Presidents Gay, Magill and Kornbluth. Representative
    @EliseStefanik
    was so shocked with the answers that she asked each of them the same question over and over again, and they gave the same answers over and over again. In short, they said: It ‘depends on the context’ and ‘whether the speech turns into conduct,’ that is, actually killing Jews.'

    'This could be the most extraordinary testimony ever elicited in the Congress, certainly on the topic of genocide, which to remind us all is: “the deliberate killing of a large number of people from a particular nation or ethnic group with the aim of destroying that nation or group” The presidents’ answers reflect the profound educational, moral and ethical failures that pervade certain of our elite educational institutions due in large part to their failed leadership. Don’t take my word for it. You must watch the following three minutes. By the end, you will be where I am. They must all resign in disgrace.'

    'If a CEO of one of our companies gave a similar answer, he or she would be toast within the hour. Why has antisemitism exploded on campus and around the world? Because of leaders like Presidents Gay, Magill and Kornbluth who believe genocide depends on the context. To think that these are the leaders of Ivy League institutions that are charged with the responsibility to educate our best and brightest. On the bright side, our congressional leaders deserve accolades for showing tremendous leadership and moral clarity in their statements, by the questions they asked, and the respectfulness with which they conducted the hearing. It was a masterclass of how our government and democracy should operate. If you have time, please watch the entire hearing.'

    'Throughout the hearing, the three behaved like hostile witnesses, exhibiting a profound disdain for the Congress with their smiles and smirks, and their outright refusal to answer basic questions with a yes or no answer.'

    'Their inability to say anything about what they are doing to address antisemitism on campus, despite their obligations under Title VI to not discriminate against Jewish students and prevent a hostile environment, suggests that a bill cutting off federal funding should be considered.'

    Someone should have asked them if they would feel the same way about calls for genocide of University Administrators and they do about genocide of the Jews.

    'Meanwhile Penn is trying to revoke Amy Wax’s tenure and fire her for criticizing their affirmative action program.'

    The Decisive Battle? 'If Hamas Loses Khan Younis, They Are Done'

    [IMG]

    Wait. We were assured this would take 'years'.

    'French president Emmanuel Macron recently declared that it would take ten years for Israel to destroy Hamas. Noted Kabul bug-out strategist and American-abandoner Lloyd Austin publicly advised that the IDF could never accomplish that goal without being a lot nicer to people.'

    GAZA CITY FELL PRETTY QUICKLY

    'The IDF was supposed to get decimated in a well-planned defensive gauntlet in the capital, but that bloodbath never materialized, thanks to the IDF’s improved tactics and intel, as well as the obvious advantages of combined warfare.[/QUOTE]

    Wasn't that supposed to be the Mother of All Battles?

    'It didn’t take very long to force Hamas out of Gaza City at all, and only a little longer to dislodge them from Jabaliya and the key Gaza City suburb Shejaia, a mission that the IDF apparently fully accomplished only in the last couple of days.'

    They'll convert to cell-based terrorism. 'Any occupying force — Israeli or Sunni Arab — will be forced to fight an insurgency, likely a never-ending one.'

    TUNNELS ARE THE KEY.

    'The insurgency will last as long as the tunnels do. Flooding the Hamas tunnel system with seawater, a strategy that has prompted criticisms about the potential for bad environmental consequences, especially to Gaza’s freshwater aquifer. This is not a good-faith argument, as Hamas has done next to nothing to make proper use of, or protect, the aquifer. It used billions of dollars in foreign aid (as of 2021) meant for that development to build their tunnel system and kept Gaza reliant on water imports from Israel instead. They also used pipes intended for water delivery as rocket launchers, a practice of years that has escalated in this conflict.'

    'The only way to destroy Hamas is to destroy those tunnels, and flooding them with seawater is both the most humane and effective method for accomplishing that mission. Using troops or explosives to destroy the tunnels would be too dangerous and much more risky to legit civilian structures under which they run. It will take several weeks of pumping, so no one would risk drowning. It would, however, eventually force all Hamas personnel to the surface and it would eliminate their covert transit system throughout Gaza for good.'

    Here is insightful excerpt from an interview with Col. Karen Kwiatkowski, U.S. Air Force (ret.) about the Gaza mass murder in Israel. She is knowledgeable of international relations. I do not know all of her views, however.

    Her biographical summary is the following: "While in the Air Force, she wrote two books, Africa: African Crisis Response Initiative: Past Present and Future (2000) and Expeditionary Air Operations in Africa: Challenges and Solutions (2001). She contributed to Ron Paul: A Life of Ideas (2008 ) and Why Liberty: Personal Journeys Toward Peace and Freedom (2010). She has been featured in several documentaries, including Why We Fight (2005). She has written for LewRockwell.com since 2003 and her work has appeared in Salon and The American Conservative. She has an MA in Government from Harvard, an MS in Science Management from the University of Alaska, and a PhD in World Politics from The Catholic University of America; her thesis was titled Angola, A Case Study of the Implementation of the Reagan Doctrine. She is a founding member of Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity."

    She stated the following:
    It seems like Israel is mimicking American history. I have noticed this before and wrote about these similar histories in the following passage: “If one reviews the recent history of the nation of Israel, in some ways its history is a duplicate of America's history. Both the United States and Israel are governed by extremists right-wing political factions not as actual democracies, but as limited “representative governments.” Both countries have strong religious fundamentalist groups influencing government policies combined with a cult of anti-woke irrationalism; both countries are capitalist economies prone to cyclical crises; nationalistic patriotism to reinforce a hyper militaristic culture and attitude toward life; unending warnings of actual enemies and/or terrorist homunculi to create a permanent atmosphere of fear and paranoia. Both countries experienced blow-back from participating in colonial proxy wars: United States and the Mujahideen, and Israel with Hamas. Both countries still suffer from the consequences of internal wars with indigenous people: the American Indian wars, and the wars between Israel and Palestinians. And most importantly, both the United States of America and the Country of Israel had key anti-war peace leaders assassinated by extremist right-wing assassins. America's progressive leadership was wiped out by the political assassinations of John F. Kennedy (November 1963), Martin Luther King (April 4, 1968 ) and Robert F. Kennedy (June 1968 ). The Israeli leader, Yitzhak Rabin (November 1995) was assassinated by a domestic right-wing terrorist also. This is why the progressive left struggles in America, and Israel.”

    During the JFK administration, CIA Director Allen Dulles deliberately organized the Bay of Pigs invasion with insufficient rebel paramilitary Cuban forces in the hope Kennedy would panic, and then order American armed forces to rescue the failed military coup against Castro. JFK made the correct choice, withheld U.S. Forces--and that signed JFK's death warrant. For details see, “The Devil's Chessboard: Allen Dulles, the CIA, and the rise of America's secret government,” by Talbot, David, (2015) p. 463)(pdf.). It's an old government bait-and-switch trick.

    Students, Lawmakers Demand Resignation of Ivy League Presidents

    'There are growing calls for the presidents of Harvard, UPenn and MIT to resign today over their ‘extremely troubling’ testimony on antisemitism which included them saying calling for the genocide of Jews was allowed on their campuses.'

    'The three women yesterday stunned lawmakers at a congressional hearing on campus antisemitism where they refused to denounce calls for the genocide of Jews as ‘harassment’, and said such hate speech does not violate their codes of conduct.'

    'Today, students from the schools along with some of the shocked Republicans present at the hearing say it is clear that all three must resign.'

    Hopefully Dems were shocked as well.

    CHANGE: More Than a Quarter Million New Gun Owners in Israel Prove the Need for America’s Constitutional Recognition Of Our Right To Lethal Self Defense.

    'More than 260,000 Israelis have applied for firearm permits since the horrific Hamas terrorist attacks, according to The Times of Israel.'

    Israel does not recognise an inherent right to effective self defense, like Americans demanded as a condition of forming the Federal Government. Unlike here, there the right to firearms is granted by the government and you need a permit.

    'They are now 3,000 firearm permit applications per day, as opposed to around 100 per day before the terrorist attacks.'

    People that were helplessly and systematically raped and slaughtered would have had a fighting chance to defend themselves, their families, and their friends and loved ones.

    '“When the war started, we knew that we were right when we said that every person that has a weapon can save a life. We need to enable as many people as possible to carry a weapon.”

    Israel made some terrible mistakes and their people suffered an unspeakable price.

    'This is not the first time we have seen armed civilians treated as an afterthought rather than as an additional component of a comprehensive national security strategy. '

    Ukraine did not have a heavily armed civilian population experienced with handling firearms like we do. They tried to play catch up by providing arms as the Russians were coming over the border, which is far too late.

    'We are truly fortunate. We became a nation of rifleman and riflewomen. Too many countries learned too late that there is no substitute for a gun culture, and that you simply cannot create a gun culture overnight, no matter how dire the threat.'

    It's too bad that Israel only admitted that “every person that has a weapon can save a life” after the attacks.
