there's no evidence available. He would have to prove the following

1) someone with severe covid was advised to use another protocol
2) the person rejected that protocol purely based on what Trump said and instead used the Drug Trump pushed
3) that person died and
4) the person would NOT have died but for 2

I doubt he can establish that for anywhere near significant numbers
