I can imagine that there is more to it than the total BS coming from the RNC about unemployment, GDP, how all good comes from Trump's years ago presidency, weaponizing inflation, constant predictions of impending crash, etc.

But, there is something to the point that people feel prices of food directly, every time they go to the grocery store.

So, have you looked into why grocery prices are high?

    >>> What is it that you want our federal government to do about grocery prices?

It's funny how rightists pretend to despise socialism until they beg for big government to make their groceries and gas cheaper for them. LOL

You look at anything and everything that disagree with your radical leftist positions and simply dismiss them out of hand. But readers know that calling Forbes and the Wall Street Journal "rightist" does more to demolish your own credibility than anything else.

The sources I cited were not independent publications. They were published by reliable, highly respected publications like the Wall Street Journal and Forbes. Such publications only publish reliable, reasoned articles. That's how they maintain their respected status.

Forbes and the Wall Street Journal do not publish biased works. That's why they are so successful.

It’s socialism that has made them more expensive. All stupid government intervention against the free market.

Forbes and The Wall St Journal are no friends of America 1st or MAGA. They are as often aligned with no coastal secular progressive urban elite democrats now. They’ve abandoned middle America and the working class as much as the democrats have.

I haven't found an honest economist who believes that is why food is more expensive in grocery stores.

    Can you cite your claim?

They aren't supportive of MAGA, because they are interested in our economy as measured by the wealthy.

You can't expect them to tout the doom and gloom of MAGA when the actual economy is burgeoning.

Also, remember that Trump is on tape, hoping for America's economy to crash!! What does that tell you about Trump and MAGA??

The economy is only burgeoning for the wealthy and the elite investor class, not for the working and middle class nor those investing mostly for their own retirement. Inflation, particularly in home energy, gas, and food has hit us hard. No amount of pig lipstick and their turds being polished is going to change that for us.

No. We ask government to get out of the "free market". Let free market forces control things, not government regulations.

You should pick one (or more) of those and dig into what economists are saying about it.

Yes, free market enterprise is a powerful force that solves a lot of issues. But, it certainly does not solve all the issues we face.

Before regulation, corporations found the most cost effective way to get rid of industrial waste was to dump it in our rivers.

It doesn't solve worker safety, or transportation, or employment policy or pay practices, or equal treatment of humans, or monopoly practices - or many other issues. It may help, but it will not do it on its own.

We know that, because we tried.

That’s what we ask but the Biden regime interferes in and controls the free market. They are a socialist /statist hand upon the economy burdening the consumer with high costs for things we all need that are not even included in core inflation numbers yet food, gas, and home utilities have gone up most of all. These costs impact hardest on the working and middle class.

And if Biden is elected to a second term, it will get much worse for the working and middle class. The people who control the Biden puppet will drive energy prices through the roof and clamp down on home appliances, travel and food. Inflation will skyrocket while AOC and the rest of the Democrat Communists tell us to enjoy "The Green New Deal." It's more like "The New Green Shaft for Working People."

An eye opener for you to see how much money the US gives away to foreign countries without the taxpayers consent.

Where were all these conservative governors when Trump failed to build the wall and make Mexico pay for it? Bunch of hypocrites!
