Because they’re in the tank for a seditious criminal to pander to their maga audience. You can be sure that trump is attempting to scuttle the trial by intimidating jurors. He wants maga to help rid him of those troublesome jurors.
And the small matter of Trump voluntarily choosing to do the things he's getting in trouble for could potentially be related to the charges he's facing too. Trump chose to do them despite having the knowledge that it's wrong or at the very least, the resources to afford the people who could(and did) tell him what he was doing was wrong. Many of the MAGA folks rushing to his defense always say the charges are politically motivated. It's actually kind of rare to find folks saying he didn't do the things he's accused of, they're mostly saying it's wrong to hold him responsible for them. For you and I, regular people, if we ignore consequences and just do what we want, chances are we're going to get in trouble at some point. We know this, and for many of us, it's part of why we don't go around doing whatever we want. Even the victimless stuff like speeding or jaywalking. For Trump and a good chunk of his supporters, they don't feel the world should work this way for Trump. He's above us somehow, not beholden to the same societal expectations as regular chumps like us. He's the annointed, and shouldn't be expected to follow the same rules as the plebes. It still boggles my mind how MAGA thinks folks should just accept that, despite knowing they live in a self-imposed fantasy bubble where Donald Trump won the 2020 election.
These media entities did the same thing: CNN, The Guardian, Associated Press, Newsweek, Washingtron Examiner, Denver Post, The Telegraph, DailyCaller, Daily Beast, CBS, San Diego Union Tribune, etc (all from first page of Google search results, there are a million more sources for this info). Here's some basic facts about the jury. It's not a big deal. The most likely sources people from NY gained knowledge about the jury are liberal news media. Blaming Fox News and Jesse Waters specifically is just a display of partisan bias. https://www.newsweek.com/donald-trump-jurors-hush-money-trial-1891967
Then they are also wrong. did they say the same thing Jessee did, " He concluded by saying, "I'm not so sure about Juror No. 2." He claimed last night that "undercover liberal activists" are trying to get on the jury.
This whole "trial" is a farce. The verdict on a foregone conclusion. The question is will they try to put Trump in jail and prevent him from campaigning at all? American "justice" is in the toilet, especially in New York City.
Did any other media outlet besides Faux call in to question the impartiality of any of the jurors? If they did they're just as bad as Faux.
Thanks for the lecture. It doesn't matter what Trump did. Political prosecution is dangerous and unacceptable.
Thanks. What he did was minor. His current prosecution is about an accounting entry that he may not have done and which the DOJ already declined to prosecute because they found nothing worth prosecuting. The Georgia thing is about a fraud for which nobody was defrauded. Political prosecution is major. A very big deal. We really need a judicial system that is mostly free of corruption. It is a serious problem. Lets concentrate on crimes that have victims.
It sounds like a question despite no question mark. My answer, don't know and don't care. Likely you didn't check either and just heard about it on some far left blog... hence why you reported a couple days later something that was said on Fox News that we all know you didn't watch live. An article I saw said something about someone she told she was on the jury hearing the press reporting the company she worked for... that information was all over the news from all over the world. I also saw an article talking about how Trump's strategy is trying to get people on the jury to create a hung jury and they used consulting to do background checks on the prospective jurors. Then they started listing who follows Trump's social media. Same ****. If some far left fringe website hadn't told you about Fox News reporting the same information you didn't previously know everyone else reported this thread wouldn't have been created.
I did watch the statement on U Tube. I usually do research before making statements. Iam only shocked when I say something over and over like anybody who does it is wrong and some people feel I am talking about them.
At it's core, the case is about concealing an adulterous sexual affair from the voters weeks before the election. Made all the more important in the wake of Repubs calling for Trump to drop out of the race following the release of the Access Hollywood tape. The charges have to do with the paperwork involved in the cover up of the hush money payment. Perhaps you have forgotten...... Three dozen Republicans have now called for Donald Trump to drop out Almost nobody in the Republican Party is defending Donald Trump right now, in the wake of a new Washington Post report showing him speaking in very lewd terms about women in 2005. And the denunciations that have rolled in so far are coming from all sides of the party — from those who support Trump to those who have long opposed him to those close to him who are offering platitudes about how what he said was wrong, but that he's still better than Hillary Clinton. A growing number of them are even calling for him to end his campaign. https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...responses-to-the-new-trump-video-broken-down/ Of course those were the days before Repubs found out there is nothing His Orangeness can do to break The Following's cultish devotion to Dear Leader. Once they did, fear of rejection from base Repub voters has prevented them from doing the right thing repeatedly. Even going so far as to remain loyal after Don tried to have himself installed as the unelected leader of the country.
Trump is probably the only politician in this country who can walk in a crowd without concern that some political cult nut will try to hurt him. All followers of political cults are on his side.
We aren't the folks so desperately pathetic that they are trying to ballot strip and jail the opponent they can't beat in a free and fair election. Biden doesn't work enthusiastic crowds like Trump does, because he can't draw them. Even With Trial Burden, Trump Out campaigns Biden
So it wasn’t rude for you to say I don’t know how to recognize intelligence but it is rude for me to say you have a low standard for intelligence? Conservatives are the masters of double standards.
Pathetic enough that you can't make your accusations stick and respond with the "evidence" that Trump supporters are more enthusiastic when that name calling has nothing to do with the subject criticizing individual jury members and then releasing their information. Scoundrals are those that when they don't stand on solid ground turn the discussion into a personal attack on those that do.
You, who support the corrupt prosecutor, crooked judge and kangaroo court deliberately timed to get a conviction that they know will be overturned after the election, and timed to keep Trump off the campaign trail, are going to try to lecture us on proper courtroom behavior? That's too funny!
I think I said that he is intelligent but not very likeable. If I said something about you, it was unintended.
