Rick Santorum is down to his last week..He needs to show he can win or place high in another state.
I can assure it will not be Minnesota on Tuesday.

Both newt and Santorums ads have been shown only a few times then pulled in my market.

They will finish below Romney and Paul here.

    Does Missouri count ?
If newt says it doesn't count then why bother ?
Actually newt says all the others states except for the deep south dont count.
Talk about cherry picking..I wonder if that would work in a general election.?
    Colorado for Santorum ?
    I dont think so...

So if Santorum wins Missouri is he the new anti Romney and does that dog still hunt ?

How many people will vote in Missouri.. ?
    20,000 ?

Wow, you have such a crush on MR. Is he paying you per post for him? Do you think you'll actually change anyone's mind about him? People here mostly have their minds made up.

But regarding the Minn. comment, the polls show Santorum ahead in Minn. They don't like your boy there.

Santorum was my least favorite in the field of 8, much less these 4. He is not even a free market fiscal conservative, so basically, the only differentiation between him and Newt or Romney is his strong social stance which isn't gaining a whole lot of traction this time around.

    He should go.

Minnesota looks like a toss up with any of the four candidates having some shot at
winning. Santorum holds a small edge there with 29% to 27% for Romney, 22% for
    Gingrich, and 19% for Paul.
    End link quote.

Romney won here by over 19 % last time.
Santorum will finish ahead of newt..BOLD prediction.

I have no idea how this poll was taken..the only hint was at the end when ONLY favorably was taken in regards to negative attack ads.
Santorum cant afford them..so he isn't judged on any.

I support Romney..I dont just post positive for him..but point out inconsistencies in others remarks on all the political threads.
I started this thread about Santorum..but your opinion on ME had to be thrown in.
Romney broke 50 % in Nevada.
Where has Santorum or any other broke that margin ?
He is getting votes..the others are not..
A simple fact that doesn't challenge faith.

Santorum has this week to prove it..after this it is done...for him at least.

Of the "final 4," I have my highest hopes with Santorum, but R-P needs to step out of the race altogether, as I can see him having the Perot-effect on the election, and it's 4 more years of hopey-changey destroying America, quite possibly to where even this is the last national election we see.

As far as Mitt and Newt go, Mitt's day was '08, and Newt has crossed the lines like McCain way too many times to be taken seriously.

Ron Paul has already cost the republicans this race, I, like 99% of Paul supporters will be writing him in, dropping out wont change anything.

The republicans have cut their own nose off this election cycle, neocons will never hold the white house again, either adapt or embrace you democrat over loards.

I dislike Obama, but I dislike Romney equally, so its a wash in that regard.

You can add Romney to your list of losers after Obama wins the general election.

No more chicken hawk neocons, no more rinos, the republican party has itself to thank for not nominating a viable candidate.

Maybe in 2016 the republican party will put forth a good candidate and we can save this country from mediocre.

I personally hope that the Republican branch of the Democrat party implodes in on itself so we can get some TRUE, REAL conservatives on America's ballots instead of these RINO's that have so taken over the party and turned it into the joke it is--I mean, let's look at the disaster in '08 that brought America to what it is today...McCain? MCCAIN?!?!?! That's right, the GOP offered America an AISLE-CROSSING SELL-OUT against a raving, liberal, socialist. How do you diagram the destruction of America as a world power? I can tell you it involves the GOP national letting people like that run on the "conservative side" of the ticket simply because they "put their time in' or "submitted enough boxtops," or, let's face it, PAID IN to the GOP coffers and BOUGHT the party affiliation!!

Sad. In a time where America is crying for a real, electable conservative, all the GOP can offer is Mitt and Newt? America is in deep, deep trouble.

Ahahaha! I get so tired of hearing this kind of drivel...
"A vote not for Mitt is a vote for Obama!"
Don't get me wrong, I dislike Obama just as much as anybody, but don't start blaming me for your own candidates shortcomings. If Mitt Romney wasn't such a disgrace to the republican party I might vote for him. But as he's nothing more than another shill in a monkey suit you can't really expect me to take him seriously, much less vote for him. If that gets Obama re elected then maybe next time you'll learn not to try and shove a horribly inadequate and unsatisfying piece of hardly what I'd call conservative piece of rotten meat down my throat. I guess if you don't like it you can always move to another country! (That's another one I hate.)

Although I abhor Rick Santorum's policies, I respect him based upon on how he conducts himself. He understands the old Reagan political strategy, do not attack fellow Republicans.

He conducted himself like the loser he is..the only card he could play..

I will vote for Obama before voting for the other 3 Republicans.

Religious bigotry has no place in American politics.
That is the only way a guy with the least amount of votes can win a low caucus turnout.

Total church turnout. I saw it first hand. Ministers leading the congregation..
    the words most spoke tonight..
    Anybody but Obama and abortion.

Sorry.. Santorum and newt and Paul are not good enough.

President Obama..I know what you are...I am watching.
the other guys can go home.

For someone who not more than 2 weeks ago was griping about bickering and negativity between Repubs....Santorum seems to have forgotten his stance about that....he sure is drawing a straight line at Romney more than Obama...

Santorum is a loser...I don't know why anyone would vote for him...

...and you're saying church vans loaded with Americans with moral integrity getting out the vote is worse than democrat vans full of welfare cases coming in to vote socialist? Sounds like you may need to re-prioritize your political views. As far as Mitt and Newt go, I weep for America's future. I'm saddened that of the bunch, Santorum may be our last chance. I do not see top leadership going to RP being such a great thing, either, but I have a conscience, and simply cannot bring myself to vote for the evils of the democrat party simply to make a point against how the Republican party has fallen. I have a teenage daughter who will be inheriting this mess from us in just a couple years, and have the moral obligation not only to her, but to the rest of the country, to do what little IS in my power to resist the coming destruction, no matter how unstoppable it is.

I wish I could figure Santorum out...I like him and don't like him...I feel he might be a little too sanctimonious for my liking, but perhaps I am wrong. His wife is kinda' creepy, but then Michelle Obama is also.

Sadly, the only hope I see for the future of America is for Santorum to win, and for RP to have a "very good showing," but not ACTUALLY place or join in. To be placing our last hopes in people in this manner shows just how desperate the situation really is.

    Desperation is a religious term..
The 2 FAR RIGHT CONSERVATIVES LEFT are not fit for public office.
The methods used to destroy the best conservative left is simply astounding.

You have a old white man who cheated on his religion and his wives multiple times and with more corruption than any speaker in history getting a FREE pass. By the EVANGELICALS.

Then you have a YOUNG white man so dis organised he cant get on the same VA ballot ..voted # 3 most corrupt member in congress..lying about his own pay and children home schooling...getting another pass..?
The tea party and Palin supporting a guy who NEVER voted against the debt and voted FOR RAISING IT 5 times..?
Voted AGAINST the Right to WORK legislation ?

Do tea party people even read what they are supposed to represent ?
Does Palin throw the free market system under the bus for
    religious faith ?
Do churches support corruption and cheating over Religious Faith ?
The answer is not newt or Sanorum..nor is the Evangelicals the hope of the Republican party.
    THEY ARE IT'S RUIN.

You're definitely on the right track...I keep seeing you SO near to it, and you skirt around the final bottom line, then say things like you'll vote FOR the zero currently occupying the White House? You keep getting so close...

I'm so sick and tired of only having people to vote against. I will keep doing so, holding my nose and checking the box next to the name of the person least destructive to this country, but I think the main point here is that America as we know it is finished if the GOP continues to refuse to give us electable conservatives and insists on continuing to give us these RINOs. All we can do by continuing to vote against the OUTRIGHT destructive democrat party is slow the decay. We will NEVER stop it unless BOTH the GOP as we know it today, as well as the democrat party, are taken to task for what they have done to America, and we as a society embrace the concept of personal responsibility.

I don't see any of that happening, so I guess all we have left is to continue to "vote for the lesser of two evils" yet again, and just slow the slide down the slippery slope.

    America is truly doomed.
