Obama to Deliver a Statement September 12, 2012, 9:29 am President Obama will deliver a statement this morning in the Rose Garden on the killing of U.S. Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens and three other Americas at the U.S. consulate in Benghazi. Secretary of State Clinton will also be on hand for the remarks, which are scheduled to begin at 10:35 am ET. Obama earlier today issued a written statement condemning the violence and expressing sadness over the death of Stevens. Obama wrote: He called Stevens a courageous and exemplary representative of the United States. White House Dossier will live stream Obamas Rose Garden statement. The president is scheduled to fly later today to Las Vegas, where he will attend a campaign event. ************** Hopefully he will explain why there were no US Marines protecting the Libyan Embassy. Maybe they're all protecting HIM while he campaigns in Vegas.
"While the United States rejects efforts to denigrate the religious beliefs of others" Punk. He is incapable, even in the worst of times, to simply STAND UP FOR THE UNITED STATES, without having to suck Muslim dick. I never imagined a man so unAmerican could be elected, and still retain the support of nearly half the country. Progressives are deranged.
Not as bad as the one in the White House will be quivering in November when we give him until January to find another place to live.
An Appalling Statement from the President Sep 11, 2012 On 9/11, a day devoted to remembering those killed at the hands of Islamofascist terrorists -- and this year, a day when a mob in Egypt attacks the US embassy and replaces the American flag with the Al Qaeda one -- here is the Obama administration's statement in full: One would think this was a horrible, outrageous joke. But it's not. It's the actual statement. It's kind of reminiscent of Obama's response to 9/11 itself. Just a week after the collapse of the Twin Towers, them State Senator Obama published a piece in the Hyde Park Herald where he discussed (That rhetoric, was, of course, before his expanded use of drones meant more civilian deaths.) Note his big concerns: "understanding" the attackers and the preemptive denunciation of expected "bigotry or discrimination" against Middle Easterners -- bigotry that really never materialized. It is, however, revealing of his view of average Americans . . . just as his administration's statement today likewise is dismayingly reflective of his concerns and priorities. http://townhall.com/tipsheet/carolplattliebau/2012/09/11/an_appalling_statement_from_the_president Sources: http://egypt.usembassy.gov/pr091112.html http://www.tumblr.com/tagged/hyde-park-herald?before=1341684768 http://www.slate.com/articles/news_...the_kill_list_leaves_out_the_real_story_.html
The culture of apologizing for "offending" Muslims is so ingrained in this administration, it's hardly suprising their first communique did just that. not to mention.....it used to be a horrible horrible crime to piddle around (finish reading a book to Sarasota, Fl school children) while Americans were being killed by Muslims.... here we have Obama finally breaking away from campaigning to step up to the podium a full day after the event...(to continue with sideways diplomatic apologies for free speech) ....and leftists and their complicit media say nothing
