PORTLAND, Ore. - December 11, 2012 (WPVI) -- Sheriff's deputies say there has been a shooting in a shopping mall near Portland, Ore. One witness at the Clackamas Town Center told television station KATU at least two people were shot, and he saw sheets put over them. Another witness told the station she saw people screaming and parents grabbing their children as they fled the mall. That witness said the gunman had a rifle and was wearing a camouflage outfit and a mask. Another witness said ambulances were arriving at the scene. Entrances to the mall have been blocked off. No further details were immediately available from the Clackamas County sheriff's office. Images from local television news helicopters show more than a dozen police, fire and rescue vehicles on the scene. (this is awful.. just how many crazies do we have in America who are so willing to slaughter strangers?)

Who cares? My wife and I missed the shooting at our local theater this weekend. I told her that there were too many cops there for my comfort. Lots of cops in my area = potential for violence.
Just in is that apparently the shooter was running through the mall yelling *I am the Shooter* firng point-blank at everybody and everything ...
It's ok everyone . . . he's white . . . so expect very few comments, ZERO racial comments, and he'll be given a pass by white media. Maybe he has some sort of "mental illness". He's clearly not a "thug" or anything like that. If he was black he'd BE A SAVAGE OR ANIMAL BUT SINCE ITS THE WHITE MAN...HE IS MENTALLY DISTURBED. I can GUARANTEE that if the shooter was black, than a good majority of these comments would include the word thug.
Camouflage in a mall, shooter thought that he could blend in with other trees or bushes inside the mall.

I've been in a mall when shooting broke out (this was just a gang fight in a Dillards with a couple .25s). I don't go to malls anymore because I don't feel like being sacrificed to somebody's 2nd Amend. rights.
