I don't see any threats here. I see a rhetorical "see what happens if you stalk me", that you took as a threat. The only way you can take that as a threat is if you INTEND to stalk me. Should I be reporting you? As for CIA sniping, that IIRC, was in reference to direct threats to National Security. Are you a direct threat to National Security? Is that why you took offense? Are you planning to go to war against MY country? That was the context there. I INVITE the feds to verify that statement. Bring it on! They take false reports just as seriously!!!

I don't think that any of the discovery has helped the defense.. They will lose the immunity hearing (if it ever happens) If George has to take the stand, the prosecution will eat him alive on inconsistencies. They will try to raise more money, but it will end in a plea deal.
I think George has to testify to assert self defense.. and he's already told too many versions of the encounter. You know GZ and Shellie won't qualify as indigent. Franke Taaffe tried that and was turned down. Evidently GZ legal has raised $18K in the past week.
Personally id like it over and done with. No delays. But the prosecution trying to delay or withhold evidence doesnt really help their case any. Honest trial. No bull(*)(*)(*)(*). No more cries of racism and "justice" if Zimmerman is found not guilty. A trial. Simple.

I'd like to see it over as well. Nothing in discovery has so far helped the defense and they have spent $380,000.. The case is a trainwreck..
High profile cases are expensive. How much did the feds spend on Bonds and Clemens to get nothing out of it?
Zimmerman did get lucky though. His connections manged to make sure he doesn't sit in Ol' Sparky. That may be the only break he gets. There in Florida, a black kid in the same situation would have already been char broiled on the fast track.
I don't think George has "connections"... really. Sanford/Goldsboro is pretty racist and the SPD fumbled the investigation.. maybe for lack of funds. OMara said that every expert witness costs about $10k.. I don't think they will have that kind of money in donations.
I've always said O'Mara's primary objective was to set the case up for appeal(s) after conviction .... this pretty much means O'Mara wasn't Zimmermans' attorney in the first place ...
'Z' was not "on patrol". He was on his way to a store when he saw 'T'. No cop EVER told 'Z' to stop following 'T'. The SP tried to have 'T's' cell phone get 'lost in transit'. The defense only found out about the clear violation of handling evidence by accident. The GPS is going to prove that 'T' was almost home then moved towards where 'Z' was walking. So who confronted who? End of case against 'Z'. When 'race whores' have lost another one and crawled back under their rocks the Martin's 'Prayer Partner' will be making beds in Gabbs.
80% of appeals fail.. That's not a good strategy. If GZ is convicted and goes to jail.. and Crump sues for wrongful death and wins .. George would have no phone or canteen privileges in prison.
