Please do yourself a favour and read my posts. You will discover, I am not biased to any particular political party. I have written numerous posts advocating shame and frustration on politicians from any political party who sell Australian owned assets, and who are NOT putting the interests of Australia and the Australian people before anyone else. I have also suggested the people of Australia keep voting in the same clowns (politicians) in an unstoppable cycle that has plagued this country for decades, but not many want to listen to the truth these days. Its gives away $10s of $billions helping other countries and their people advance and progress, and when Australia needs some help and reciprocation, its left of the doorstep like a stray dog. When the tsunami hit Indonesia, the Australian Government immediately gave them a $1billion Australian tax payer funded donation, and the people of Australia generously raised another $600million through donations. This didnt include all the support Indonesia received from charitable organisation by way off food, clothing and other items. When Australia - Queensland & Victoria was devastated by floods, the Indonesian Government sent the Australian people an insulting $1million in aid, and the Indonesian people never donated one red cent to help any Australian victim. This is the same country that Australian politicians are giving $500million of tax payer funded free aid to every single year.

The ALP crowed happily how their economic “know-how” brought Australians through the GFC better than every other country. Obviously, they didn’t bother telling the public about the financial success of the little independent country just North of Australia called Papua New Guinea, and how they also made it through the GFC even better off than Australia. The mighty ALP would have been too embarrassed to tell Australians that the little country called Papua New Guinea also made it through the GFC better off than Australia without having to borrow $200billion to save their neck. Violent connotations are always worrisome! Anyway, the australian people demanded more and most wanted to live and experience higher standards of living IMO. Now, no one is satisfied and virtually everyone wants more and expects more and more from our governments. The privatisation/public issue is a little more complex than are suggested IMO.
