Thugs Get Probation for Brutal Beating on School Bus

Disgusting. The legal system is a joke. Had the races been reversed, they'd be behind bars and likely charged with hate crimes. Instead, these animals are out roaming the streets as we speak.

That is a light sentence, maybe it was their first offense.

 

Or maybe this is the end result of non-stop agitation from the left about how "racist" our criminal justice system is.

 

Probation seems right! That will teach them not to sell drugs, stalk, and hospitalize people!

 

This is absurd. What these thugs did could even be called attempted murder. And maybe they should have been tried for that, and sentenced to life. The kid could have been killed. It's just lucky he wasn't.
So now these punks and others like them have gotten a message they can do this stuff and get away with it. They probably will be out selling drugs again. Probably ganging up and beating up other kids, and this time, they'll be sure to be out of the line of a camera. That's about the only thing they've learned.

This knucklehead judge has put the safety (maybe even lives) of hundreds of other kids in danger now. Dopes like this ought to be removed from the bench.

 

I'm thinking these thugs will probably be back before another judge for another crime in short order............

 

And that victim will have this judge to thank.

 

has nobody ever heard of a few boys having a hazing ritual? They probably all got together the next day helping each other with homework and working on their science projects. Yes, this hazing ritual was a little too much for their age but to get the court involved in this private matter was wrong. All 4 boys should apologize for disturbing those on the bus. They should have done this at their home or clubhouse

Unfortunately, if that IS the case...that's part of the problem. Going light for a "first offense" tells everyone they're entitled to at least one without much concern.

Well I don't know if that state requires judges to post their rationalize on all ajudications.

 

Shelly Zimmerman got more for lying to a judge, during the state of Florida's attempted railroading of her husband, over a bond issue.

This nation is screwed , if we let the liberal Establishment keep on like this.

That's fine, he or she can probably be thrown out of office by the voters.

 

Hopefully no more arms will be broken, teeth missing, or victims dead.

 

Whatever it takes to get rid of him, they need to do it. If they don't, they're just as much a part of the problem as he is.

now I am HARDLY supportive of this sentence, but working in Florida, dealing with kids this age group and moral caliber... Probation seems the stock sentence for any kid doing stupid crap like this... black or white.

I taught kids like this for multiple years starting in 2000. armed robbery... probation. Attack a previous teacher... probation.

I broke up a fight where 2 black brothers jumped a white kid. They beat him up but nothing to this extreme, but when I broke up the fight, the older brother kicked me.....

guess what he ultimately got.... you guessed it, probation.

even when on probation.... it was HARD to get a VoP. We're talking weapons at school type of stuff was about it.

So my professional opinion, (take it for what it's worth), I really don't think these kids got off "because they were black" They got a slap on the wrist because that's all Florida does to juvenille delinquents..... any color.


however, with that said, had the races been reversed, and the white kids only got probation.... the left would be having a field day calling it a racist system

 

Most likely; the courts, regardless of the race of the offender tend to give light sentences if it is a first offense based on the circumstances.

 

Yeah, I'm really sure if 3 white teens savagely beat a black kid like this, they would have gotten probation with Jesse, Al, Obama, and the entire left-wing progressive racial grievance industry applying constant pressure

 

That's nothing to sneeze at, particularly when you consider that sending thugs to prison will only result in creating thugs who will know better than to leave witnesses.

 

Yeah, maybe we shouldn't even give them probation. That might make them angry and likely to hurt someone else.

Surely you can provide an example of white kids beating up a black on a school bus and getting thrown in prison.

 

It's a lot to sneeze at, and be disgusted by. These dirtbag punks needed jail time, where they could have gotten the same treatment they dished out on the bus. Now they're back out and ready to hurt more people, which they quite likely will, and not in front of witnesses or video cameras. This dumb judge has made this situation worse, and endangered the public.

 

I would put a lot of money on it.

 

Sounds like you haven't been following the story too closely. Their drug dealing is what got the whole thing started. That's been reported right from the beginning. Where was it said ? Everywhere it's been reported.

 

It's probably hard to find such an example, considering the rarity of white on black attacks, especially a white gang attack against a lone black.

 

Is that first offense or first time caught?
