A lot of threads about the angry white man, so I thought I'd lay it out for you. Yes, I'm angry. Is it because a black man is president. No, that's stupid. It's because he is the most liberal national public figure I've seen in my 25 years of paying attention to politics is president.

If he were white, I'd despise him the same. I had no less loathing for Bill Clinton. Ok, maybe a little more than Clinton, but it's only because Obama's policies are so much more progressive.

I don't think I've ever been insulted, berated, marginalized, and generally pissed on by any other politician. And that's not just his policies. Those are personal attacks on my faith, my beliefs and even my family. Yes, Mr. Special Olympics, you've even managed to insult my special needs son.

Is it because he's black, or is it because he's an absolute jerk off of a low-life with no class and an extreme liberal agenda?

So, (*)(*)(*)(*) you with all of your white angst BS. He's a divisive prick who hates me. How should I feel about him?

What irks me is he lies constantly and gets away with it.

"Your health insurance premium will go down $2500." That's a lie.

"You can keep your own health insurance." That's a lie.

"You can keep your own doctor." That's a lie.

Obama's mindless, stupid followers never hold him accountable for any of his lies.

While I agree, did anyone hold Bush accountable for his lies either?

Or Clinton or Bush Sr? We have a long line of lying scum bag presidents. Sad truth.

If real life was a Dungeons & Dragons game, the alignment of the typical liberal would be "chaotic evil" -- which is the same alignment as orcs and goblins, and liberals act pretty much the same, since they plunder the wealth of the more civilized races but produce nothing good themselves.

He is pretty nearly the most right-wing American President since before Roosevelt, surely? Your masters' propaganda is making you all look increasingly ridiculous (and, obviously, racist).

Perhaps, to some. But Lord knows that extreme Right-wingers are seen as unacceptable by most in America today.

I've seen you use 'extreme' when referring to the GOP, but how can they be extreme when they have roughly half the people behind them? Is extreme really a fitting description? I think not.

Let's talk about specific actions he's taken as president, and analyze them one by one to determine the philosophical leanings behind them. Wanna try?

First of all, I said I've been insulted and marginalized by him. You can't argue with that.

Now, I'll start with the stimulus. Was that a progressive idea or a conservative idea? Was it the most aggressive domestic spending initiative I'v ever seen? Oh, yeah, to the tune of a trillion dollars. And they haven't passed a budget since. They meaning Congress and the president.

The reorganization of Chrysler and GM were nothing short of a socialist dream. He literally handed control of the companies to labor and government. True or false? Don't tell me what you think may have happened if he didn't do it. Don't tell me what you think may happen to ownership in the future. Right here, right now, the government and labor control the two companies. Is that extreme liberalism? I don't know what else to call it.

Obamacare may not be socialized medicine, but it does regulate the industry to a point of choking out any free market solutions in the future. Private enterprise has lost all incentive to fix it. That's extremely progressive. It's everything I ever learned was wrong with liberalism - the fact that it shifts responsibility and incentive away from private business.

These are just a few examples of extreme liberalism that I've come to know and oppose for about 25 years now. I don't understand why you would feel the need to deny his extreme liberalism, as demonstrated by how he's governed. You have to be proud of it. Or are you?

    1. It only takes a few well-placed extremists to ruin this nation.
    2. The polls are challenging what you say.

It's my opinion that irreconcilable posters do nothing for others by exchanging insults, so I don't normally see Mr. Swedish Guy's posts. He and his like, however, do personify the sort of problem that the USA currently has. Their Senator McCarthy long ago frightened people off from being politically honest in a normal way, and allowed incredibly weird reactionary nutters to survive and flourish over there ( I remember seeing that film about the Monkey Trial and finding it unbelievable that even in the 'twenties such weirdoes existed - and now they've crept back via their time machines!). I like the democratic notion that such near-illiterates find no problem about holding forth ignorantly about all sorts of issues in public, but dislike the thought that Americans have been frightened into pretending to take them seriously as opponents when - obviously - they belong in corrective institutions, and deserve no answers. They have been allowed to strut about in their insane way and never been taught that the rest of the world regards them as some sort of incredible historical survival, and I do think that their existence is doing the US no manner of good. They find, alas, reality 'unbelievable'.

Point being that it's wrong to call the gop, and the democrats too, extremist.

Is there one post you have made which doesn't contain 'reactionary rightwing nutters' or 'ignorant racists' 'gun toting extremists' or any combination of those? It's the height of irony that this post is comming from you, because dare I say, you personify the people who drag this forum down.

One day I decided on an experiment to test the validity of "polls". I asked everyone in my family, and a couple dozen close friends if they have ever participated in a poll. Out of all the thousands and thousands polls on the myriad of issues in America over the past 2 decades (and my entire life), neither I, nor anyone I know have EVER participated in ANY poll. I've since determined polls are fake.

You should start a poll to see how many people have actually participated in a poll!

You are out of your mind. Any capitalist President would have to save capitalism at our expense. Are you off your head? Everything he has done has been designed to increase the thieves' profits, as well you know.

People angry about Hussein Obama's policies could get behind Allen West or Dr. Ben Carson.

It ain't the race, it's the policies.

If confronted by Hussein Obama, West and Carson are quite viable?

Just out of curiosity, what DO you know about America?

Sorry to inform you but Obama's policies fit more in line with a Conservative ideology. It is why I could never vote for him.

Obama is a right-leaning centrist, not a leftist. There is no Left in America and if you think there is, you're already lost.
