I'm pretty sure that if it says 150 troops it's probably gonna be 150 troops. Funny thought occurred to me: although Putin clearly has the upper hand when talks are revolving around a federalization agreement, I am a little puzzled by the slowness of his move. Maybe Russia doesn't actually want eastern Ukraine? It's kind of bad after all...
Of course Putin doesn't want the east of Ukraine, rather, it's the U.S under the guise of Nato - at the behest of both its Nato ally Poland and its proxy puppet junta in Kiev - that want it all. Their plan is to lure Putin in by way of a series of false flags thereby justifying the intervention of U.S ground troops that are already set to engage via Poland. War is imminent.

The U.S would like to see Russia lose control of those assets and have them under control of a friendly and more financially/logistically malleable government.. thats is all there is to it.
