As to your other statement. It's not anywhere near as looney as trying to say people in Prison look over their options....see there arent any opposite sexes around...so they have sex with the same sex.

While at the same time trying to pretend this isnt choice, and ripping Carson for it.

 

No, it is you who has the misconception. The intent of conjugal visits, is to maintain family ties in the hopes of preventing recidivism, so by it saying "usually his/her legal spouse" it implies that they might consider a non legally married couple that would fit under the definition of common law marriage.

And once again, the vast majority of the time, it isn't sex, it is rape.

so address the concern when it isn't rape. Noone is saying getting gay raped makes you gay. That's your dishonest assumption

But,by using "vast majority", this tells us that not all. This means that in some cases it is sex...by choice....like Carson said.

And how does one go about doing that? Who is to determine when it's not rape and one is just "choosing to become gay" in a prison setting?

Is there a specific case you can point to? Or are you just dribbling your assumptions in the hope that it sticks?

Carson assassinates his own character with his own words. He doesn't need help from anyone else.

 

And there it is. When they aren't assasinating their character, they are insulting their intelligence no matter how accomplished and successful they are. Liberals are in unison with their contempt for successful black people.

 

Perhaps you did not read my post. One more time, Ben Carson does himself in with his own words. No one needs to make anything up. It has nothing to do with being black or successful, and this thread is about neither of those things. This thread has to do with some really stupid statements made by a man who should know better, given that he is a doctor.

 

Even Carson backtracked from his own comments. Yes, he even admitted to his comments as not being factual and that there hasn't been any determination on his comment being true.

 

And they know it, but don't have the guts to admit their bigoted bias. Instead they blame the object of their bias.

 

And that justifies your continual racially motivated assault upon the character and intelligence of all blacks who dare to have a political view which differs from yours?
