Republicans want to criminalize everything. Then when they find out they don't want to afford it anymore, they find 'innate goodness' in everything.

Which is why I didn't say anything about exclusive. The point is that most of these drugs are imported, and all of them are initially legal. The intention is to do an end-run around the drug laws. Making them illegal one by one is a losing proposition. So long as people are willing to pay for drugs, they'll get drugs.

Yeah, I forgot about the coke. The people getting hurt by weed legalization are growers in the Emerald Triangle of CA.

Once people see justice is swift, just and sometimes mortal the vast majority will rein in their devious desires. We used to do that here when we had public executions. It's time to bring that back. Mankind has not changed.

If you like that so much buy a plane ticket and move your ass there. You won't be missed.

On another note life has still not ended here since the legalization of marijuana. All the crap the anti legalization peeps have said would happen isn't happening. Imagine that.

Before passing this kind of laws, there must be a new device or technique to detect people under the influence of this drug in order to check their status in traffic violations, crimes, worksites, etc.

Those tests can't tell if you smoked a joint 2 minutes ago or 2 weeks ago. If you smoked a joint 2 minutes ago, you could be charged for being under the influence whereas if you smoked 2 weeks ago you couldn't.

How about abolishing the DEA and repealing all drug laws including the first drug law, the Harrison Narcotics Act of 1914, and all laws requiring prescriptions to buy medicines? How about going back the US roots of more freedom, instead of more drugs laws, more swat teams, and more prisons?

How about being more like Holland and the rest of the EU?

Traffic fatalities have decreased here since legalization has taken effect. They have put in testing limits in traffic cases but it has not been the huge issues that anti legalization advocates has thought it would be.

As far as work-sites. Testing policies have not changed. It is up to the companies to determine guidelines. My company's testing policies have not changed.
