Not hard, considering what an awful president he was.

I don't know who you were actually responding to, but don't be alarmed....we made it through 8 years of the Crawford village idiot. And, under Obama, the following:

I told you so. Obama right and Europe wrong about way out of Great Recession

What you need to be concerned about is if by some stroke of bad luck Trump gets elected........:(

That's all well and good, but the difference between Bush and Carter.....Bush did something that didn't cost him anything, he passed a bill that uses our tax money to help a cause. Carter on the other hand, has physically involved himself in charitable work. Conservatives don't like the idea of "redistribution of wealth" which would apply to Bush's endeavor yet they won't give Jimmy Carter credit for all that he does.

A tireless champion for social justice
As president of the United States, Jimmy Carter was deeply committed to social justice and basic human rights. He and his wife Rosalynn left the White House in search of meaningful ways to contribute in these areas.

In addition to promoting peace and human rights through the nonprofit Carter Center in Atlanta, they lead the Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project for Habitat for Humanity International one week each year.

    Habitat’s most famous volunteers
Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter’s involvement with Habitat for Humanity International began in 1984 when the former president led a work group to New York City to help renovate a six-story building with 19 families in need of decent, affordable shelter.

That experience planted the seed for the Carter Work Project, which has been an internationally recognized Habitat event ever since.

Jimmy Carter is a disgrace, both as President and after.

I appreciate him legalizing homebrewing, however.
