Yeah I'm not a fan of this Monday morning Quarterback business. Hindsight is 20/20. If there was a reasonable explanation for acting as the officer did, then I'm okay with it.

I really don't understand how people want to disarm the public and leave them defenseless, and then tie the hands of the police behind their backs. It's a recipe for crime.

The issue should be why are so many of these sacred young Black men being killed by other Black men---and yet there is little, if any justice?

Would a rational, just person not be appalled that hardly 20% of the murderers in these case do any time for these crimes?

Because the only thing you guys care to make news about is white on black murder, and ignore the black on black unjustified murders that happen on a daily basis.
You want to push the narrative that whites have it in for blacks when blacks are killing eachothers unarmed children and teens for no reason other than the war within themselves.

A little boy was just executed in an act of revenge against another gang banger, and the story lasted maybe a few days but you don't care anymore. Had it been a white man executing a little boy you guys would flood the forum with your bleeding heart BS and it would be a hotter topic than treyvon martin. No, i'd be fine with the cop opening fire if the man charged him with the knife whether he'd hurt anyone yet or not. That didn't happen though.

 

I expect the worst from gangsters. I expect them to kill each other and they unfortunately do. I do not expect police officers to open fire on someone who is walking away from them with a knife in their hand. The further someone gets from you, the less of a threat the knife poses.

 

Link to any Black leader condemning the black on black murders in Chicago or Baltimore. If it's a "false narrative" you'll have plenty of black leaders condemning the black on black murders.

People on PCP are incredibly dangerous and don't always stay down when shot. If he had a knife as well then it makes sense to shoot him. Doesn't mean they had to keep shooting him as much as they did though. You can't just taser a person on PCP though.

 

Authorities are offering a reward for information and actively seeking the killers. Not sitting on a video tape of the crime and waiting a year to charge the perpetrator. Nobody is ignoring black on black violence.

 

Because if you are a conservative, they claim to be protectors and lovers of the Constitution and this goes way beyond what the Constitution allows. Also, because that is not how the law is enforced in this country. Those that wish to turn this country in a Somalia, need to move there instead. Conservatives tout the fact that the United States is a "Christian" country, yet so many conservatives want to execute punishment that doesn't align with Christianity or with our government's laws. Conservatives need to make up their minds how they want their party to act.......like barbarians without laws, or like Christians like they brag they are.

 

Wrong, LEO's are taught to shoot in strings of two to three shots and you don't know when he went down. This was a response to ( faulty ) training and the use of semi-auto pistols. My initial guess is that the LEO was using a SA/DA pistol with a very short trigger reset and not Glock or DAO striker fired pistol. Most LEO's have used a method of shooting derived from something called the modern method developed by a guy named Jeff Cooper. Unfortunately it was brought about from pistol matches and not real life gunfights. This is slowly being corrected to some extent.

 

The police department put out a false statement a year ago claiming the guy lunged at police before being shot then withheld a video proving that never happened for a year. Why does this not bother you?

 

So, a lack of abject obedience to the commands of a government bureaucrat is a capitol crime?
