If it is confirmed that Hillary Clinton has 999 classified emails that were marked classified before she emailed them. Than it is confirmed she has committed treason. So why has she not been read her rights, or does treason strip her of her rights?
Classified e'mails does not fit under the classification of treason unless it was a specific action against the US. That is per the definition as created by congress.
That makes sense, but Benghazi was under her control, it was a gun run gone bad. She was giving guns to the enemy. What do you say?

I understand this. Four Americans were killed. The enemy that the guns were given to wants the destruction of America. Even Obama said that he is training and funding Isil, because for some reason he does not want to say Isis. So is even the president committing treason? And why is there not a full blown investigation on the matter? Every time they are caught in a potential crime, something else pops up, like San Bernardino. The national media than drops it and presents nothing but San Bernardino. Is even the media involved? I mean to destroy America from within is going to take all the big agencies, banks, F.B.I., C.I.A., or anybody or agency that would deter them by presenting the facts(truth). Is the Great Deception that Revelations talks about in the Bible actually right in front of our faces? Only those with faith will not be deceived. Jesus said that if it were possible even the very elect would be deceived.
There is plenty to hate about Hillary without making crap up. She does not hate America and I would say she actually loves it for what it gives her. I have no doubt she bends the rules of this great nation to her benefit but I also believe she would never sell it out to someone else.

Many people would but Hillary would not risk her legacy on it. Hillary is old and rich, she is basically treason proof. That is not to say she isn't a criminal however.
This may be true. It all depends what's on those emails. While it may not be treason, she still committed a felony, which means she may not be president, or any category of a public servant. She broke protocol handling of classified information. Not only by law she should not be president, but we as American's should feel the same way. But the masterminds of division through political parties, has us deceived to the point where most American's don't care if laws are broken by public servant's.
You know if Republican had good ideas, policies, or leaders they wouldn't have to stoop to such tactics to sway voters.

I'm trying to be constructive here. When I hear people esposing things as you do it is like the nut alert light goes on. Years ago I read all the conspiracy theory literature, even occassionally listen to one of those late night radio shows concerned with such subjects. I'm repeatedly amazed that there are people out there that take this stuff seriously. But then you beleive in a god don't you? Apparently beleiving unreal things are real and unimportant things are important must come easy.
Actually it is far easier to not believe in God. And by no means are you being constructive. You feel as if there is no God. I know there is. It would seem to me that we have different opinions on the matter. However that is no reason for hate or to not accept those with different beliefs. You see I know that God created you, so there must be something about you that he loves. You say that you are amazed that people take this stuff seriously, I would say that a conspiracist is not a bad thing but good. It is someone that practices critical thinking, and does not take things as they seem to be. If you ask me we need more of these people. Another thing is that a conspiracy can't be proven right, nor can it be proven wrong. So what is the problem here? There is no bad whatsoever, only good. For example there is a conspiracy that 911 was an inside job. Now if this conspiracy is wrong, than no harm. If this conspiracy is right, nothing but harm. Again where is the problem?
