There have been many famous speeches made throughout American history. One such speech was made by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr where he said: He was talking about a nation where race had nothing to do with how people were judged but a person's character would be how someone was judged. Democrats these days have stepped all over that dream by not only perpetuating the focus on race but also gender. Their identity politics has killed the dream of MLK and other legitimate Civil Rights leaders. Does character mean nothing to democrats? Has everyone been reduced to skin color and how they "gender identify" by the democrats? Have democrats became so power hungry that they feel the need to fear monger and demonize? And before the typical response the dems have of "nuh-uh" just think about judging someone on content of character and look at their presidential nominee: It is clear that content of character means nothing to them. Identity politics is the only thing they have because they have nothing to offer the American people but a corrupt and washed up old politician,.but hey, at least she is a woman.....
Character means everything, hence MLK correctly diagnosing the problem and advocating for resolution clearly shows he was a man of high character. I know this doesn't satisfy you and your world but it correctly judged the reality of the situation. The very notion that the right wing, by default, is the only category of society possessing "character" is among the stranger things I've read here.
Case in point:Ted Cruz has no character.He said he would endorse whoever the GOP nominated,then blatantly refused to live up to his word. That is what people with no character do.
