To a degree. Be a mistake to take that one to the bank, though.

On the sidenote you raised: a high court decision has been taken to prevent the invocation of "Article 50", which separates us from the EU, before a vote in the House of Commons. Since the vast majority of the Commons is opposed to Brexit, they will vote to prevent Article 50 being invoked and the UK following through on the Brexit pledge.

See the common theme here? The "elites" don't like being opposed. The people might speak, but when it's not what the elites want to hear don't assume that democracy actually means very much. Barrack Obama told us in no certain terms that we'd be in the s**t if we voted out.

You can play with the map yourself. There are many different scenarios, none of which are easy for Trump. If he continues the current trend, it'll be a lot easier come Tuesday.

If Trump wins he'll still be posting the same slogan six months down the line.

Trump is easily ahead by 10+ points given the way the pollsters were/are sampling. 28% democrats, 20% republicans and 52% independents...

Trump is going to win in a landslide, there is no amount of voter fraud that can save Hillary without being blatantly obvious.

Well. Crooked Hillary As president is simply terrifying to people:

SCOTT ADAMS THINKS HILLARY’S “WOMAN CARD” STRATEGY WON’T WORK, BECAUSE SHE’S TOO SCARY:
    ~
Once the contest became Trump versus Clinton, Trump had the early fear advantage because Clinton was talking about her policies and experiences while Trump was talking about rapists, terrorists, and ISIS drowning people in cages. If that matchup had stayed the same, Trump would have coasted to victory. We saw him briefly pull ahead earlier in the summer.

Then Clinton went “full fear” in her messaging, cleverly framing Trump himself as the biggest risk to humanity. While Trump was scaring the public about crimes and atrocities that might affect some of us, Clinton was talking about Trump’s “temperament” leading to nuclear war, and his “dog whistles” leading to a new American racism. That would affect all of us. You can’t top that kind of fear message. And so we saw Clinton’s poll number zoom ahead of Trump’s later in the summer.

Then came the Wikileaks. And Project Veritas. And the FBI’s latest announcement about the emails on Weiner’s computer. We watched Clinton physically collapse in public. Individually, none of that news was big enough to make a difference. But collectively it framed Clinton as a drinker in dubious health, who hired bullies to start violence at Trump rallies, and runs a Mafia-like shadow-government called The Clinton Foundation, funded in part by companies that benefit from war. Add that to Clinton’s confrontational language about Russia, and suddenly Clinton looks as dangerous as Trump. The fear persuasion was approaching a tie.

Then the Access Hollywood tape dropped. Our brains forgot about fear for awhile and concentrated on the appalling things Trump said and – according to several women – actually did. Voters abandoned Trump and put his poll numbers in a big hole.

But here’s the catch. You might be disgusted by Trump’s interactions with women. You might think he is a terrible role model. You might think it is an insult to the women you know and love to even consider such a person for President of the United States. You might think a dozen different bad things about Trump. But – and here is the important part – you probably are not afraid he will try to kiss you personally, or grab your p*ssy. And given his busy schedule, there is not much chance he will get around to acting inappropriate with anyone you know. Fear-wise, Trump’s interactions with women don’t have much impact on you as an individual. Your brain took a vacation from “Trump has a bad temperament and might destroy the Earth” to “Trump is a p*ssy-grabber.” The new frame is the less scary version of Trump, albeit icky.

Quite by accident, the Access Hollywood tape took the scare off of Trump. It made you think of Trump as an ordinary flawed human and not Hitler planning the Holocaust. . . . Clinton’s new messaging this week is focused on Trump’s views on women. She wants you to think a President Trump would take the country backwards in terms of how men treat women. Her persuaders are doing a good job of piecing together evidence and producing ads. But there is one problem.

    It doesn’t scare anyone.

Also, it reminds people of Bill’s worse problems, which she enabled.

Trump just has to keep his foot out of his mouth for a few more days, eh. But then there's Hillary to consider - can and will she turn this negative trend around? Or will Assange put her in prison? :D Anything's possible, right?

Well now, the typical and average low-information Dem Party voter is pathetic of course, but I would hardly classify them as horrifying.

Hillary held a rally at a park in North Carolina today with Pharell Williams (supposed to be famous ... sure, whatever) and Bernie Sanders. She's beating the drum of people voting early.

Two things: First, she must be scared for people to wait til Tuesday to vote.

Second. Bernie Sanders has lost what little integrity he had left to go out on the campaign trail with the latest investigation. Must be a really nice lakehouse.

It's a lakehouse to die for; which is good since after crawling into bed with Hillary Clinton he is dead in the eyes of any credible former Bernie Sanders supporter.

True but those voters on the left do not control the party nor do any of them get elected. The right wing dregs of society now control the GOP. They have elected the most dangerously deranged candidate in US history. God help us if he wins.

The only poll that is truly accurate is the one held on election day. All other polls are meaningless.

A vote for Clinton is a vote for war.

“A vote for Hillary Clinton isn't going to fix it... It is now Hillary Clinton that wants to start an air war with Russia over Syria by calling for a no fly zone. We have 2000 nuclear missiles on hair trigger alert. They are saying we are closer to a nuclear war than we have ever been. Under Hillary Clinton, we could slide into nuclear war very quickly from her declared policy in Syria.” Real Clear Politics, Jill Stein: Trump Is Less Dangerous Than Clinton; She Will Start Nuclear War With Russia, By Tim Hains, October 12, 2016.

someone needs to talk to wall street and tell them once WW3 starts, there is no wall street anymore to screw the working middle class, bank accounts mean (*)(*)(*)(*), just hunting and survival skills, you know, bull(*)(*)(*)(*) like building a shelter, finding food, protecting your family from gangs etc. money won't mean (*)(*)(*)(*) anymore, and that's if we're not vaporized, over what? a freaking pipeline through Syria, if you think Russia is backing down this time, your nuts.

Hope you don't have any teenagers, approaching draft age, because it will be all hands on deck.

A vote for Hillary Clinton...is a vote for the BETTER candidate.

And almost certainly a vote for the eventual winner.

Jill Stein noted the obvious: Hillary Clinton is the candidate of of war, Wall Street and the Walmart economy. OTH, the entire military industrial complex, Wall Street, the Chamber of Commerce, all American political parties and the media are united in opposition to Trump.

    What an easy choice.

A vote for Hillary is a vote for a liar, a cheater, a pedophile, and possibly a satanist. Sounds like a liberal hero

    As I said...

...a vote for Hillary Clinton is a FAR BETTER CHOICE than a vote for her opponent.

    All the unreasonable hatred considered.
