Trump, his personnel, and associates have been ordered not to engage in any sort of so-called "poll watching".

it is illegal to harrass or intimidate voters.

within 100 feet of the polling station, you only have the right to wait on line to vote, go inside the polling station, vote, and leave.

you do NOT have the right to harrass voters, question their voting credentials, question their citizenship, demand to see ID, take their photos as they wait on line to vote, etc.

Hmmm, cool. The black panthers weren't told not too. Also, motherjones.com? It's just a blog, and anytime someone posts an Info Wars link or breitbart, the left goes crazy because it isn't credible, because it isn't leftist MSM. So your source is not credible.

Sounds like nonsense to me. Of course we have the right to ask people their citizenship or their names. It's called the first amendment, and is legal.

What is the basis for not taking people's pictures OTHER than to protect voter fraud? Name ANY other situation where people can not be photographed in public.

If people can, they should vote early. Better to get it out of the way when the lines are real short and the process fast and hassle-free than to potentially bump up against issues on the 8th.

I'm gonna be spending much of my weekend driving people to voting stations. We've been told that if we see any neo-nazi racist trump cultists interfering that we just make a phone call. They've already got extra police help for the weekend to help with this. Clinton's GOTV team has been trained on how to deal with this stuff. They often pick on minorities the most...no surprise there with trump the racist.

within 100 feet of the polling place, its illegal.

why would you want to engage in voter intimidation????

    maybe to rig the election?

prevent dark skinned people from voting?

Poll watching isn't harassment in each state has their own different laws. I guess they could just stand outside the doors with Billy clubs like the new Black Panthers did. After all that wasn't a problem now was it?

demanding to see proof of citizenship?

    harrassing dark-skinned voters?

is this what has become of the GOP?

sounds like 1965, all over again

Left-wing imagined things is not proven harassment. We shall see more of the Democrats in court basically because that's how they try to win an election

now i see how Trump can win.

if his goons harrass dark-skinned people waiting on line to vote.

that's their only route to victory

Tell Scottie to beam you up, already. Election harassment is planned by Clinton to look like it's coming from Trump. Election day will be no different.

Mother Jones is a pathologically lying publication when it comes to politics. The injunction is 100% equally against Clinton.

I liked your post because it is so completely facetious I could have written it myself.
Like Trump needs to beat anyone into voting for him!

Not voter intimidation, but to keep everything on the up-and-up. 100 feet is no problem. Think of it as polling place interviews where pollsters take polls of people who have voted.

its not your job to make sure voters are legally registered.

its none of your business to check such a thing.

of course, Trumpsters have already admitted they would be watching out for "folks who dont look American".

    aka....racial profiling.

    Put it this way:

I would advise anyone who is on line to vote on Tuesday, who is approached by ANYONE demanding to see proof of their citizenship, or asked for identification, to tell such a person to "kiss my ass" or "go (*)(*)(*)(*) yourself".

    that is the appropriate response.

if they start taking your photo, or threaten to call ICE to have you deported, call 911 or a nearby cop and complain of voter harrassment.

harrassing voters, is certainly a crime in all states.

ive advised many people to call 911 if someone tries to intimidate/harrass them as they wait to vote.

poll watchers, may only report irregularities to state election authorities.

they may not engage any voters.

actually, according to the injunction, harrassment/questioning of anyone online to vote, is a crime.

100 feet away, 20 feet away, 1,000 feet away from the polling station.

honestly, only a NAZI would try to prevent someone from voting, based just on their appearance.

no one can vote unless their name/address is registered with the polling place.

if their name isn't there, they can only vote by Provisional Ballot which is NOT counted until their identification as a registered voter is authenticated.

Poll Watchers, may do one thing: watch the polls. They may not engage any voters, for any reason.

I think we can pretty much dispense with talking about the law. Not after Obama has left the borders open for so long. We have laws about that, too, but they were ignored.

So yeah, you can no longer talk about the law without expecting a bit of well deserved laughter.
