    He is reducing at the TOP END, which is exactly right. It is smart to get rid of the political ones and refine the agencies to the smart decision makers. Look at Liberals getting all butt hurt over our intelligence agencies being DE-politicized. Liberals want our intelligence agencies to be political, just like when the CIA altered what happened in Benghazi. Damn Orwellian bastards can all get fired.
