Female Trump supporter assaulted in Berkeley... Where are the feminists?

In perhaps the ultimate act of "mansplaining," this young woman was assualted by a cowardly piece of (*)(*)(*)(*) for daring to speak her mind. Where are the feminists to defend her against this brutal "macroaggression?" ? If a female Hillary supporter were pepper sprayed by a man, you can bet it would be a hate crime, and Hillary would be demanding an investigation into "right wing domestic terrorists."

Feminism, as far as I understand, is concerned with women being treated as 2nd class citizens because of their gender. I don't think she was pepper sprayed for being a woman. She was pepper-sprayed for supporting a fascist scumbag (and perhaps also for turning her back on him). She has the right to express her misguided opinions, as well as to angrily stop talking to the guy, and the guy is in the wrong. Pepper-spraying her is still assault and the guy should go to jail, but this isn't an issue of feminism. This interaction could have gone the same if it had been a guy Trump supporter.

 

Isn't it amazing "intolerance" unto violence is a Liberal thing.

I don't see the resemblance to this situation. Intimate partner violence, particularly based upon the notion that the female should have dinner ready, is much more of a feminist issue than the thread's situation.

It's really not just a liberal thing. Both sides have people like this, but the Trump people are less riled because he won.

 

The progressive mentality says "violence is deplorable... unless perpetrated against deplorables." Similar to "black lives matter... unless they are taken by other blacks."
