    So, If Trump was being accused in 2016 of being in cahoots with the Russians, then wouldn’t his phones be tapped too based on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act bill President Obama signed way back in 2012????

    Wouldn't that make since and wouldn't that be perfectly legal based on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act???

    So we were spying on the Russians and trump got caught up cuz he was communicating with them...but he said he wasn't. So which is it?

    Uh, no. They don't need a court order to listen in. They can just 'ass-ume' that he was talking to the Russians. And that's all they need. If he was, it would have been out by now and before the election.

    Remember too that Obama instituted intel sharing between the FBI, CIA, NSA, etc. The result of which is way more opportunities for Obama bureaucrats to leak. This whole thing is outrageous and I hope Obama and his minions get fingered and take the fall.

    Yes, if there is any evidence at all that it happened and that there was no warrant, then there should be an investigation. I'm not holding my breath on that evidence though. So far the only "evidence" we have is from a clown that doesn't even have the slightest notion of what evidence even means, and who has cited as "evidence" in the past the National Inquirer, loonies tinfoil hat conspiracy theorists, random tweeters and even his own "impressions."

    You must admit some of his tweets topics are about things just are very recently reported by certain media outlets.

    The wiretapping was recently reported by Breitbart then trump Tweeted about it. Something that was first reported by other media outlets in November.
