The number of illegal immigrants crossing into the US from Mexico went down by 40% from January to February, according to the US government. Homeland Security chief John Kelly said the "change in trends" was a result of Donald Trump's tough policies. The president has signed an executive order for an "impassable physical barrier" on the US-Mexico border and issued new guidance on deportations. The measures have been condemned by Mexico as "hostile" and "unacceptable". http://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-39215655 ----------------------------------------------------------------- Like I said before, we don't even need a physical wall to put an end to illegal immigration, just a solid, enforceable border policy. Can any one doubt the correlation between Trump's tough talk and the sudden, dramatic decline?
Ayuh,... That new wall is workin' Great,... construction ain't even started yet,... Amazin' what a change in Policy can do,....
Great news indeed. Wait til ICE start throwing employers, employing Illegal Aliens, in jail. Can't wait.
Our professional whining class? They ain't gonna be happy about this. And they were already furious about the idea of enforcing immigration laws before. I mean, look at this FB post from January: By the way, this guy is the president of the local teachers union.
