The interesting part of this lawsuit is that it's not dismissed out of hand which implies it has some merit which is being considered by the judge. Trump was not POTUS at the time of the incident which means that POTUS immunity cannot apply. This is one more incident that shows how much trump worships authoritarian power, and there are many. The latest is his statement that he "would be honored to meet with (Jung Un)." His affinity for dictators and statements like this reveal his own wish to be "honored" as one of them.
Then Obama is responsible for deaths at the hands of BLM, for openly supporting it....if we're picking nits=)
Except Trump only offered to pay legal fees for people who defended him or others from being attacked by protestors. Specifically, he referenced those who stopped people getting ready to throw tomatoes.
