Kasich has a solid resume with successful Governing. The entire Country would have come together behind him......

    In hindsight an opportunity missed,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Wrong. Clinton garnered 3.5 million more primary voters than Sanders and like 380 more delegates NOT COUNTING super delegates.

No one "stole" anything. Sanders just didn't have the votes

Regardless, we care about it, because it's important.

It's important to leftists like you as well, in that you want white ppl to be a minority

    Not 1940s.

1965, right before the immigration act, who's purpose was to reduce the white population

You make too much sense for this forum. We may have to sit you in the corner for a three-hour time out.

If the Democrats/LW don't learn different tricks, and stop doubling down on the proven LOSER strategy of being a party of hollow resentment-based, soundbites/talking points, deflections and projections (and not rational policy) overlaid on a crass political machine, and do it real, real fast, Trump won't even have to campaign for 2020. Who'm I kidding? He's a SHOO IN already.

I have yet to meet or hear of (here or elsewhere) an "ex Trump supporter" yet almost daily, see more centrists backlashing against TDS. He WON based on TDS, so what do you all do? MORE TDS. Can't make this stuff up folks.

If any of them die, perhaps we could have them stuffed and leave them in place. trump supporters aren't likely to notice.

Given the intellectual caliber of some of their opinions being stuffed and mounted would only improve their jurisprudence.

The same could, and should, be said of the blatantly right wing justices.

He was the best candidate the Democrats had, they should have drafted him for their own party. Trump was the best the Republicans had.

Sounds like more sour grapes that Trump is in the White House and Hillary isn't.

Can you imagine someone not approving of Trump without the "sour grapes" aspect playing a part in that? Or are you too narrow-minded to think beyond such trollish, binary terms?

When someone chooses to dwell in the past, I lampoon them for doing so. That's the only legitimate response you're going to receive for giving such an assinine question; especially since the only thing we are talking about is why Trump is the president and not someone else.

Hillary doesn't explain Trump's victory in the primaries, does she? Surely people didn't think that only Trump could defeat her in the general election! No, he got in as the "brick through the window of the establishment" outsider, "change" candidate. Problem is, he got in for making impossible promises and in spite of his gross incompetence to function as president..

If you're not a mind-reader, you probably don't understand what people were thinking. However, Trump seemed to have understood what voters wanted, which is why he won on the issues. When it came to the economy; border immigration, U.S. Trade, and terrorism; Trump have faired better on these matters.

    http://www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2016/11/18/trump_won_on_the_issues_132383.html

Trump offered a change; a terrifying change, but change nonetheless. Clinton offered to protect corporate interests by not calling the police when questions to the debates were leaked to her in advance.

Grandiose promises are not new in politics. I'm not sure why you are pretending it is…

Yes, he misplaced blame for economic problems in line with how many uninformed Americans have been doing, and thus won their support.

Very few people have benefited from the economic recovery. Everyone has their own ideas of who is responsible for this, based on their subjective world view.

However, it doesn't negate the fact that people are struggling economically, and Trump understood that. The opposition pretended that everything was just fine for the purpose of protecting Obama's legacy; whatever legacy that might have been.

You can blame GOP voters for that. They passed up someone like Kasich for some fat Reality T.V. star who spends time on twitter arguing about who had better ratings on "The Apprentice" between him and Arnold Schwarzenegger. But you know what, as Obama said, elections have consequences. And everything that clown does is going to rightfully be blamed on GOP voters, because THEY are the ones who chose him over 16 other GOP candidates in the primaries.
