That video was worth the 36 minutes. I am impressed by the way Bolton can easily take on any topic on foreign policy and recent history. Throw a question at him about China, Russia, North Korea, Iraq, Iran, Eastern Europe, past and present administrations, and you can see that this is a very sharp, articulate, and plain-speaking man.

I’d recommend reading his book as well. It takes more than 36 minutes but worth the time IMO. Obviously our resident illiberals who are not interested in the truth will not be watching or reading.

    LOL.

I never said the guy was not intelligent. Hitler and Stalin were intelligent as well. Big deal.

The guy is arrogant, emotionally disturbed and staggeringly ignorant about most of what he speaks of.

    He is Mr. Neocon Whacko.

    Oh...and BTW.

John (Mr. Neocon Whacko) Bolton is also a two-faced coward.

He ducked out of service in Vietnam but yet is dying to send young Americans (who are brave - unlike him) to die fighting his fantasy wars.

    Pathetic.

But don't get me wrong...I am THRILLED that Trump appointed this guy. I smiled when I read the news (well, sort of half-smiled/half-rolled my eyes).

Trump and Bolton are the PERFECT combination to help put this Presidency right down the dumper.
Trump is quacking louder and louder.
Plus, all the ridiculous and moronic things these two will say will be SO much fun.

I am VERY PLEASED that Bolton is in the Trump White House.

    Next?

Sean Hannity for Chief of Staff.

Come on Trump you fat, senile, old goat...fire Kelly and hire Hannity as CofS.

I dare you you fat, flatulent piece of ****.

    LOL

The White House maybe a joke. And America is slowly going down the dumper (faster since Jan. 2017).
But it's never a dull moment.

A lot of name-calling there, but no supporting rationale.

That's hilarious. Bolton joined the National Guard. His father who fought in WW2 approved because it was readily apparent that the Vietnam War was unwinnable due to political considerations. LBJ had basically destroyed any chance of winning because of his focus on his Great Society and so expanded the war against all reason by his (and McNamara's) gradual escalation strategy abomination. Curiously all that was documented by Gen H. R. McMaster in his book "Dereliction of Duty".

I am thrilled that Bolton will be formulating foreign and national security policy for the US government.

This entire thread is about name calling with no supporting rationale. Apparently the left firmly believes that Bolton will start the nuclear holocaust known as WW3.

    Written in 2015:

And as we have seen the North Koreans are and have been working with Iran on the peaceful application of nuclear power. Yeah, right.

If we or Israel as our proxy had acted years ago the Iranian nuclear weapons program would indeed be dead. Additionally if Obama had not abandoned Iraq, Iran may well be on the way to a representative constitutional republic instead of the world's leading sponsor of terror.

Bolton is all about the Yinon Plan. The balkanization of the Middle East
and the formation of Greater Israel of which the fall of Iraq was the first
step. He has been equally supportive of destroying Libya, Syria, and Iran.
He works to enforce the hegemony of Israel.

This is so obvious that a cave man can see it.

The world according to John Bolton is what Russia, China and their opportunist populism have asked for:

    "The world of geopolitics"

So why don't they just suck the sh.t up and move on with what they got already?

They bitchd decades long about how American hegemony smashed them, then get granted the opportunity to be "barely perceived" as being equal with the US (and that's only after great efforts put by Obama admin's 8 years of decline policy) but now they nag because the US take protectionist measures beefing up military and trade. Lol.

Because although he's a republican he was a globalist at the heart, like all liberals are. They just didn't know what he was when he was ruling back then because they never thought the US would step back to render a shift towards multipolar world order and therefore would have no longer needed a president that understands world politics and the necessary balance ought to be preserved... Now they do...

That assumes that the Iraq war was about oil. If that were true, we would have taken the oil.

Libs are only happy when we have government officials who allow other countries to take advantage of the U.S.
